„What did she exactly said?“-Marvin asked him when Aston told he saw Mary.
„I already told you. She is going to talk with Oliver and later she'll tell us her decision. JB and Oritse are on their way here.“-Aston explained.
„Ok, I'll get dressed now. I'll be down in 5.“-Marv said. Aston came down and sat on the couch. He remembered how cold Mary treated him. He was sure now there is no chance for them to be together. He really ruined everything. Marvin came down and made himself a cup of tea. They sat in silence waiting for JB and Oritse to come.
„Is she here?“-Oritse asked as Aston opened the door.
„Not yet. She was suppoused to be home by now. I don't know what's taking so long.“-Aston replied.
They walked in and sat in silence. They were thinking about how their lives can change in few hours. Their future depends on what Mary said to Oliver. As they were thinking about it, they heard Mary walking into the house.
„Hi guys!“-she said as she walked into the room and sat on a chair opposite them. They couldn't read her face.
„First of all, let me tell you that was one of the hardest decisions I had to make in my life. It wasn't easy.“-she started.
Aston was looking at her breathing heavily. He knew that next few minutes will determine his future.
„I've been thinking about this a lot and I made my mind. I talked to Oliver today and we came to an agreement, kinda.“-she took a deep breath.-„You'll remain at Epic and I'll continue to work with you.“
Guys sighed. They looked at each other with big smiles on their faces.
„Thank you!“-Oritse said.
„Don't thank me yet. Because from now on, we're making drastic changes. Our relationship will be different 'cause Oliver thinks I have to have much more authority with you. I might even move out.“-she looked at them.
„No, you don't have to. You don't have to be that drastic“-Aston said.
„I don't know, we'll see. If you continue to disobey me, I'll have to. What you have to know is that I won't tolerate not even one absence in studio from now on. I don't care what happens, you have to be there. Only a serious disease is acceptable as an excuse. Your schedule will be strenuous if we want to finish everything on time.“-Mary replied.
„Ok. We already said we'll do anything to make this work. Whatever you need us to do, we'll do it without complaint.“-Oritse reassured her.
„It's good you said that because you won't like my next condition at all.“-she looked at Aston.-„Parties are forbidden unless I say different. I wanted to give you more freedom but Oliver made me promise you won't attend parties some time, and I always keep my promises. If you don't think you can handle all this, just say and I'll call Oliver.“-Mary threatened.
„No, we'll make everything to work with you again. We'll accept all of your conditions.“-Marvin said.
„Ok then. You have to be in the studio tomorrow at 8 am. Don't be late.“-she walked out of the room.
„That went ok, I guess. For a moment I thought she won't work with us again.“-JB took a deep breath.
„Me too. Now we have to prove ourselves so that they trust us again.“-Marvin said.
„I just hope we haven't lost her friendship and love“-Aston confessed.
„Well, we'll have to work very hard to impress her again.“-Oritse said.
