Since the day Aston found out they were going to NY he was very excited to see Mary again. He wanted to talk to her and know for sure if she's happy in her relationship.
„Hi, everybody!“-he shouted when he got to the airport.
„Why do you always have the last one to arrive?“-Oritse asked.
„Well, I live far away and the traffic...“-Aston started explaining.
„Blah, blah, blah. Same old, same old. We already know the entire speach.“-Marv interrupted him.
„Don't ask if you don't wanna hear it, but it's the truth.“
„Enough guys. We're here to have fun so please stop it“-Rochelle said.
„Sorry, babe.“-Marv kissed her on the cheek.
„Look, our flight is called. Let's go!“-JB shouted.
After few hours the plane landed in NY. Guys took all of their suitcases and went to the car that'll drive them to Mary's apartment.
„Heeeeey, you're here!“-Mary screamed as she opened the door.-„Come in!“-she hugged everyone as they were coming in. Aston came in the last and when he hugged Mary he felt like something was different. There was something different in a way she hugged him, like she wants to stay like that for a while.
„How was your flight?“-she asked when she finally let go of him.
„Good but it was too long. I couldn't wait to get off the plane.“-Aston replied as they walked into the living room.
„Are you tired, do you wanna get some rest? Is anyone hungry?“-Mary asked.
„Relax, we just got here.“-Oritse laughed.
„Okay, I'll just get something to drink.“-Mary got up.
„I'll help you“-Aston joined her.
„So how are you? What's going on with you?“-he asked as they entered the kitchen.
„Same as always, lots of bussiness and not enough time. What about you?“-Mary smiled.
„Nothing new. We're working on a new album, we're almost done.“
„Yeah, Marv told the other day when I called him to invite you here.“
„Hey, I wanted to ask you something.“-Aston stood in front of Mary.-„Why were you sad when I saw you in Miami? Is there something going on I should know about?“
„What? No!“-she looked away.
„Look at me“-he took her head in his hands and made her turn around and face him,-„I know you, so don't lie to me. I know we haven't talked much recently but I'm still your friend. You can tell me anything.“
„It's nothing“-she tried hard not to cry.
„It isn't nothing, look at you. Did someone hurt you?“-Aston raised his voice.
„No! I don't wanna talk about it, I can't. Especially not with you“-she whispered.
„Why? I realized you need me as your friend, so that's what I'll be for you. You know you can trust me“
„I know but I really can't talk about it now.“
„Okay, I won't pressure you. But I'm here if you need me“-he hugged her tightly.
„Thank you, I'm glad to have you back“-she hugged back.
„Anything you need, just call me“
„I will. Let's get back to the guys“-she took glasses and walked out. Aston took the drinks and followed her.
