„Rosie, are you at home?“-Mary shouted as she walked into the apartment girls shared.
„Yeah, I'm in the living room waiting for the interview guys are having“-Rosie replied.
„When does it start?“
„In about 20 minutes“
„Okay, I'm going to shower first then.“-Mary went to the bathroom and took a shower. After 20 minutes she came back to the kitchen.
„Is it on?“-she asked while opening the fridge to take a juice.
„It's starting now“
„What were you doing today?“-Mary asked as she sat next to Rosie.
„I was at work til late in the afternoon. I had too many patients today and then I went to Oritse's mom to work with her a little.“
„Oh, how is she?“
„Good as she can be. Now shut up! We'll talk later, I wanna watch my man“
„Okay, boss!“-Mary bursted in laughter. Interview was going on as usual. Guys were joking about everything. When it came down to relationships, Rosie got serious 'cause she always worried what Oritse would say in public about them. After guys shared the dates of the tour and explained it, the interview was done, and they got up to the stage to perform. Aston was looking into the camera intensively, he sang the lyrics with all his heart. Mary was breathless and smiled all the time.
„I wonder to whom he's singing in his mind“-Rosie said when the performance finished.
„What? What did you say? I didn't hear, I'm sorry“-Mary looked at her.
„Exactly my point.“
„I don't understand“
„Mary, what's going between you two?“
„Nothing, we're just friends, why do you ask me that?“
„I know that you're just friends, what I don't understand is why? We both know he's crazy about you and you can't deny that you feel something for him too“
„I just got out of a messy relationship and I don't know if I'm ready for all that again“-Mary shrugged.
„You know it would be different with Aston. He'll treat you like a queen, like you're his most precious thing“
„Who knows? I thought the same about Adam and look where it left me“
„You're seriously comparing Aston to Adam? Don't offend him like that. In these past few months I got to know him really good and I can tell you for sure he's nothing like Adam. You know it better then me“
„Yeah, but what if we start a relationship and it doesn't work out? I appreciate his friendship very much and I don't think I could handle loosing him again“
„And what if you try and it works out? And you two end up together, married and have kids? Don't let the fear make you run away from your happiness“
„Maybe you're right, I don't know. I have a lot to think about. Thanks for the advice“-Mary hugged her.
