We jumped on a dragon. A freaking dragon. Well, sort of. We were on Leo's ship. He told me that his dragon Festus, became a heap of metal (he refused to call it junk) and so he transformed Festus into a ship. Wow, upgrade. Or at least, Leo says he was better as a dragon. I watched as Percy and Annabeth sat together on the deck. It was so cute. I noticed that Jason and Piper were doing that as well. Leo was downstairs, Nico was nowhere to be seen and Thalia was everywhere. I didn't know what they thought of me. I sat on the side of the ship (it was flying, which I found no logic in).
It doesn't need logic.
Oh, Emily, what do you want?
I'm in your head, what else could I want?
Food?
Ha, ha, funny.
I thought so.
But I don't.
And I care?
Remember how I can see your memories?
Yes.
And I can make your mouth move against your will.
I gasped. You wouldn't?!
Try me.
Hmm...
"I have a crush on-" I put my hand over my mouth.
You're evil!
Emily laughed. Learnt your lesson?
Yes.
Good. Because I'm bored and your constant thinking is annoying.
I care...?
Try it Alyssa and I swear they'll be able to read you like a book.
Fine. I walked downstairs and looked into the shiny panels.
Don't freak out ok? I'm going to try something.
I nodded. All of a sudden a figure replaced my reflection. She is beautiful. Her silky brown hair went past her shoulders and her brown eyes pierced my skin.
"E-Emily?" I whispered. She nodded.
"You're beautiful" I watched her turn pink. She smiled.
Thanks Alyssa. I can see why Nico likes you.
He does not! And why are you talking in my mind?
I can project my image not my voice.
Oh.
Don't worry, I'm enjoying being out of your head.
Thanks.
You have so much going through it that it hurts my head.
You have a head? I watched her tap on her head in my (or her) reflection.
Duh.
You know what I mean. I groaned.
Yes, I do.
Good.
I felt the air change and I knew Nico was coming.
Damn it! Emily yelled. I winced. Ow.
Sorry. But this might hurt. I caught a glimpse of Nico's face. His eyes were teary and his mouth wide open as he looked at the panels. I felt something hit me and I fell to the floor. I looked up at the panels and saw that the reflection was mine.
