It's been a few weeks and unfortunately it's a court day.

I know for a fact Dominic will get off. My dad's out for blood against Doug.

We're on our way to the courthouse and I'm so nervous I feel sick. Dominic keeps trying to calm me down.

When we get there, there's reporters and fans outside. Seconds later Dimitri and Lynn showed up.

We went inside the building. My dad lead us to our table.

"Just remember everything I told you. Don't let Doug's lawyer get you angry."

Right when I sat down Doug was brought in. He's in handcuffs and actually has a patch over his right eye. That made me laugh a little bit. Makes me happy knowing how much Dominic fucked him up.

"What do you know about his lawyer?"

"He's Justin Thomas. He's your typical Hollywood lawyer."

"Is he any good?"

"He only wins about 40% of his cases."

"Well that's a plus."

"Sweetheart your case is first. So after this judge heard everything, Dominic you'll be golden."

The judges comes in and we all rise.

"Please be seated."

He reads over the case to everyone and holy shit I'm so nervous. That sick feeling is coming back to me.

"Ok Mr. Scott your witness."

"I call Peter Williams."

I look towards Doug and he's already looking nervous.

They swear in Peter.

"Hello Mr. Williams. How are you?"

"I'm good."

"That's good."

Hmm my dad's playing the nice guy approach.

"So Peter, can I call you Peter?"

"Um yes."

"Ok Peter do you recognize the defendant?"

"Yes I do."

"Can you tell us his name?"

"Doug Black."

"And how do you know him?"

"He hired me to follow his son's wife."

"So to stalk Mrs. Kinkaid?"

"Yes."

"Why?"

"He said he wanted to hurt his son."

"Hmm. And how much were you paid?"
