it still hurts.

i shouldn't speak.

sometimes words just spur out of me
like a gum ball in a gum machine
but i find that when i really look for the right ones to say i cant find them its like looking for a needle in a hay stack
and when i dont need to say anything the wrong words come out.
maybe i should just stay quiet.
