Despite the massive amount of work, I'm still updating, yay! 🌟

For the last time, no! Have you not been listening a word I've been saying for the last year!?"
"Call him."
"No!"
"You know you want to"
"I can't."
"Course you can. I bet you'd have an amazing get together. The sexual tension must be crazy after all this time."
I sighed. Ladies and gentlemen, please let me introduce Katherine Jane Preston. The most stubborn girl you will ever meet.
Kate and I had been arguing for the last 3 hours. Despite being my best friend, we argued a lot, especially about this.
Kate was adamant that Danny and I should get together after all this time, and that he still loved me, and that it would be all rainbows and unicorns. I however, am more realistic. Danny was the kind of guy that girls dream of meeting, and I knew that there would be no chance that he wouldn't have found himself someone else. But still, kate wouldn't stop.
"Seriously Kate, drop it," I said glaring at her.
"Okay okay," she said sipping her chocolate milkshake. "But for the record, I bet of I posted one old picture of you guys on Instagram you would be the mysterious famous couple again."
I rolled my eyes.
Kate had always been obsessed with social networking. Facebook, twitter, you name it, she has it all. So when Danny and I first started dating, she decided to put up some pictures of us two together. As we wouldn't let her put our names up, even after our pictures got famous, we were known as the mysterious couple, or #mysterypairsooocute.
Seriously! How could people actually be bothered to type out that whole thing! I mean, it had three 'o's in it for Christ sake!
"I can't believe you did that to me," she said mournfully.
"What?" I asked suspiciously.
"You two were my OTP!" She squealed loudly, and people began to stare.
"For fuck sake, you're about to become my MHP, most hated person, if you don't shut up," I hissed at her.
She smiled sadly at her drink, and didn't say anything.
"What's wrong?" I ask her. "Whenever I've told you to shut up before you've never listened."
"Two things," she said. "Firstly, my milkshake's done," she said smiling. "And secondly, I hate to see you like this," she said, all looks of humour gone. "It makes me so angry. Not at you, but at the world, at life!" She said dramatically, waving her arms around. "You two loved each other, and still do, yet it's all being stopped by a skinny prick who wants all the attention to himself. Davina," she said looking at me. "You don't deserve this. You are the kindest, most caring person I have ever met. You taught me that I could trust people again. You are a part of me that I could never live without, and in hope I never have to. You deserve freedom. You deserve love. You two deserve to be together," she finished quietly.
There was nearly an actual tear in my eye. I walked round to her side of the table and hugged her.
"What would I do without you, Kate Preston."
"Who knows," she replied, laughing. "Remember what I said. This is your life. Do what you want with it."
I smiled warmly at her.
"Don't worry. I plan to."

Short and late update, I'm so sorry, please don't throw things at me!
I was going to make it longer but I felt bad for not updating this weekend as it was my mums birthday so I wanted to today.
I am not here this weekend as I'm on RAF camp (sooo excited!) but will update as soon as I can afterwards.
I promise to make the next one better to compensate, and I can tell you now that the next will be another Danvina one 😉☺️
