Chapter Twenty Three

     I sat up and put Addie in my lap. "It's gonna be alright, okay." I told her. She nodded her head again. "Come on let's go get ready." I said grabbing her hand. We walked into her room and picked out an outfit➡️. Then braided her hair. "Can you go lay in my bed while I get ready?" I asked. She ran into my room and I hear her start to laugh. I walked over to my door and peek my end through the crack. I see Ethan holding and tickling her. God I love them both so much.

     The first thing I did when I walked into the bathroom, was brush my teeth. Then I curled my hair. As I was putting on my makeup, I felt a pair of strong arms around me. "Really Ethan? I'm trying to get ready." I said turning around. He kissed then hugged me. I buried my head in his neck and played with his hair. As we were standing there, I feel Addie's small arms wrap around our waists. I pulled away from Ethan and bent down to her level. "I lub you sissy." She said. I kissed her forehead and continued getting ready. When I was done, I put on this➡️.

     I grabbed Addie's hand and walked with her downstairs to get some breakfast. I see Jackson sitting on a barstool eating a bowl of cereal. Addie let go of my hand and ran over to him. "Bubba!" She shouted, climbing into his lap. "Hey sweetie." He said. I walked into the kitchen and got three bowls. I poured us all some cereal. As we ate Jackson avoided talking. "What wrong?" I asked finally. "I'm just gonna miss this..." He said. Addie kissed his cheek. "I lub you bubba." She said. "I love you too." He said.
     Once we got in the car, I realized that I had no plan as to what we were doing today. "Hey Addie? You wanna go get some hot chocolate?" I asked. She nodded her head and smiled. I drove to a little café. We walked up to the counter. "How may I help you?" The barista said. "I want hot chocolate!" Addie said. The barista found it kinda funny too. "And for you?" She said looking at me. "Um, can I have a hot dark chocolate with extra whip." I said. "Sure thing!" I looked at Ethan. "Do you want anything?" I asked. He shook his head.
     We got our drinks and sat in a corner booth to avoid being seen by EVERYONE. Ethan loves to meet fans, but right now he's a little stressed. I pulled out my laptop and started to look at things for the house. I got in the website and saw that everything was already ready to be picked up. "Addie do you wanna come with me and Ethan to help us decorate the new house?" I said. "Yeah!" She said.
     We were walking back to the car and as I was buckling Addie in, I hear someone say "OMG IS THAT ETHAN DOLAN?!?" Great. That is exactly what we need right now. I got in the car with Addie while Ethan took pictures. We drove back to his house so we could get the truck. We knew that none of the furniture would fit in my small car, so we decided that the truck would be best.
     Ethan started the truck as I was buckling Addison in. I walked over to my side and climbed in. Ethan leaned over the console and kissed my forehead. "I love you." I said. "I love you too gorgeous." He responded. About twenty minutes into the ride, I heard a light snore. I looked in the backseat to see Addie fast asleep. "She must not have gotten much sleep last night." Ethan said looking in the mirror. "Yeah, I feel so bad for her." I said.
     We got to IKEA about ten minutes later. Ethan stayed in the truck while I went to check in. I walked up to the desk. "How may I help you today miss?" The desk clerk said. "I have an order for Sophie Miller..." I said. He typed on the keyboard some. "Okay Ms. Miller, we should be out soon." I nodded and walked back to the truck.
