Hell 2.0

The school bus ride was quiet. No one asked anything so far. Maybe this won't be so bad. Time for my second hell. The bus pulled up to the school and I got off first. I walked in and went to my locker. I put up some stuff and take my notebooks for my first period. I'm going to see Jake and Amber again. Damn, I hope they don't kill me.

I walk in class and Amber is there with her headphones in and her head down. Jake must not have come yet. I walk over to the seat next to her and take one of her head phones out and put it in my ear, then put my head down. Then she jumped up.

"Who the fuck are you,touching my shit?" I lift up my head and laugh.

"I thought you would be happier to see me."

"Bitch hey." We hugged then she punched my arm.

"Where the fuck have you been? Leaving me here by myself."

"Something came up which made me not able to come for a few days. Demain got into a accident yesterday so I was with him." That's half the truth.

"O MY GOSH! He's the one my parents were talking about who could have died. Is he okay?"

"Not at all. I'm gonna see him tomorrow. Do you know where Jake is?" She nodded

"He got a boyfriend, so he might be somewhere with him." A BOYFRIEND! Took him long enough.

"I'll go look for him, class about to start." I get up from my seat and walk out the class. Last time Jake had a boyfriend was 3 years ago and they would always go to the gym to hang out or make out. So I might as well check there first. As i'm making my way to the gym I feel like someone is following me. I'm the only one on the hall so it mustn't be anything. I get to the gym door and I see Jake and another boy cuddling. That must be the boyfriend.

All of a sudden I feel someone forcefully grab me and pull me away from the door. I got pushed in the lockers hard. I fell to the ground and started to cough. I saw a little bit of blood come out. The person who did it was standing in front of me. It wasn't Duke this time but Logan.

He crouched to my level and moved a strand of my hair behind my ear.

"Oh Athena look at you, still beautiful as ever. Now why can't we be together like before. Just take me back I said sorry." Nigga you didn't have to half kill me to talk about this, damn.

"I have a boyfriend. Get over us." I cough in between each sentence.

"I would get over us Athena, but I just need to make us right. Just another chance." This nigga crazy. I shake my head.

"Never again. You hurt me and I'm happy with my boyfriend get over us!" I screamed out in pain as I felt a sharp pain move up my back. Then I saw Jake running out the gym.

"ATHENA? WHAT THE FUCK?" He looks between me and Logan. He grabs Logan in rage and pushes him against the locker. Right when he was about to punch him the bell rung.

"Jake let's just go. We will be late." I slowly got up and pulled Jake off of him.

"But next time you can do whatever." I walk away with Jake helping me. I don't even know where his boyfriend went. We make it to class before the final bell and sit down.

Great first day back from Hell and I get put in deeper Hell. I sat back next to Amber and Jake sits in the desk next to me in front of Amber. The teacher starts talking but I can't pay attention my back is in so much pain.

Trying to make us right my ass. I rather date a cactus. I'll never date that prick again.

TIME SKIP TO LUNCH

After math class it was finally lunch time. Hopefully they make my favorite food. Their pizza is magical. They have it today. Hell yeah!

My back still hurts but not as much, Thank god. I get in line by myself since I don't see Amber and Jake yet. I have other friends but I like my best friends better. They give me security and food.

As I get in line a boy who looked around my age walked up to me.

"Hi." Okay?

"Hello,how may I help you?"

"I'm Sabastian. Jake's boyfriend." So he's the boyfriend. Mhmm not bad Jake.

"Well hi. I'm Athena his best friend."

"I know Jake has told me about you. Do you know where he is by the way he won't answer my texts?" Jake talks about me to his boyfriend aww so sweet. We need to get Amber someone so we can go on a triple date.

"Ummm no. I haven't seen him since 1st period. I'll go look around."

"Thank you Athena." He gives me a quick hug and walks to a table. No pizza today, time to see where my dumb ass bestie is. I walk out the cafeteria and down a few halls. I don't see him anywhere. I ended up walking around for 15 minutes. Now i'm by Mr. Sanderz room. He teaches biology, he makes it fun. There is still 15 more minutes left in lunch. Maybe if I go back now I can still get pizza.

I start walking back until I see Logan limping down the hall. When I got closer he had a bloody nose and bruises. Jake did this.

"I'll leave you alone just make sure those lunatics don't ever come near me." I nod and Logan walks away. Not even gonna say sorry. Rude ass mother fucker. I'm kinda glad Jake beat him up, but what did he mean by lunatics? That jerk deserved it. He must be in the cafeteria now then.

I go back to the cafeteria and the lines were about close. Good thing I use to run track. I rushed to the line and was able to get some pizza. Plus an extra slice since there were 2 left. I walked for a second then I saw Amber, Jake and Sabastian.

What the hell? I seriously walked around this school looking for his ass and where was Amber. I walked over to they table and sat next to Amber. While Jake was across from me and Sabastian was across from Amber.

"Where the hell were you two? I went looking for your ass." I said while pointing at Jake. I had picked up my pizza and started to eat. On the first bite I melted. This pizza would be the reason I get fat.

"I was in the teacher's class finishing up a quiz." said Amber.

"Amber you know damn well that you didn't do that. Just tell her." I'm so confused now.

"Fine. We went to find Logan and beat him up. After Jake told me what he saw happened to you we weren't gonna let him just get away with that shit. So we kinda beat the shit of him." So that's what he meant by lunatics. I love my best friends.

"I saw him in the hall when I was looking for Jake. He looked torn up. Even called you two lunatics."

"Let that nigga come say it to my face. I will beat the shit out of him." We all just laugh. This is the vibe that I love with my friends.

"Thanks guys. I love you."

"We love you too girl." Amber reached to hug me but since my back was hurting I passed. The bell had rung and good thing, I just finished eating too. Lunch always gets interesting around us.
