Messed Up Shit

Finally Back

It has been a month. Demain is fully functionally out of the hospital. We went on a date and had lots of fun. Jake and Sebastian still go out. Me and Noah are closer than ever, he's my piece. I'm not getting all sentimental but he's really something to me. While Amber is still Amber. My parents on the other hand aren't together anymore.

My dad moved out with his new lady so now my mom is single now taking care of me and Iris. My dad would come from time to time and give us money. Iris takes it she isn't affected. I take it and put it away. I don't want money. I don't even want him near me.

We are perfectly fine now. Today is Friday so instead of partying Demain is coming over for movie night with us. Noah, Rosie, Jake, Sebastian and Amber. Then Amber is bringing a boy. Guessing her new boyfriend.

I set up the t.v. on Netflix and The pizza I ordered is already here, plus extra snack including ice cream, oreos, chips, fries, some sodas and wings, all set on the table in the living room. I bring extra pillows and blankets down. While I was coming down the stairs, Coco followed me down. Of course she's coming. I need all my friends.

"Athena is everything ready for your little movie night?" My mom yells from the kitchen.

"Yeah mom. Everyone should be here in a minute so hurry up and leave." I run over to her and pull her towards the door.

"Don't forget Iris." Iris came down with her headphones in and walked out the door. No little demon. Just me and my friends. I went up to change into some pajamas. Which today's selection is a wolf onesie. My most favorite nightclothes.

A little after everyone started to come.First Jake and Sebastian, then Demain, followed by Noah and Rosie, and of course fashionably late Ms. Amber and her friend. It was this guy in our homeroom. He's all quiet so he doesn't talk much but he's hella smart.

"Athena this is J'len, J'len my best friend Athena." He reached out his hand and I shook it. Everyone was in there pajamas. Perfect. We go sit down on the couch and Coco jumps on the couch to lay next to me. She's way to big for this so I push her down. Me and demain were cuddled on a part of the couch. Amber and J'len were on the couch as well. Noah and rosie got pillows and a blanket and layed on the floor. As well as Jake and Sebastian, while Coco goes to join while resting her head on Sebastian's lap.

"Okay now for the movie picking. The choice genres are horror, romantic, or action." I hate horror so I hope everyone is with action.

"Horror" said everyone. Damn it. I go to the Horror section and find the newest scariest movie out. It was called 'The Broken Child'. It got some really good ratings and some people had to go to the hospital from heart attacks.

I'm dying today. Good thing My friends are here because if I was here by myself I was gonna catch a heart attack.

I get a 3 slices of pizza and some cookies and get back under the blanket with Demain. I'm eating a slice and Demain is sharing with me. Literally eating the same slice as me. I'm holding the food and he's holding me. So i'm feeding him.

Him holding me feels nice though. I feel safe. All of my friends make me feel safe. The movie goes on and it's horrifying. I'm so scared. I keep hugging into Demain's chest and screaming and everyone is laughing at me. I feel so embarrassed.

"Demain I got to go to the bathroom for a moment." he nodded and let me go. I went to the bathroom and when I was done I opened the door and all the lights were off.

"You guys? What's going on?" When I walked out more the bathroom door shut closed. Oh hell naw. I start walking in the dark and I hear someone walking closer. I move faster until I feel someone grab me and pick me up.

"AHHHHHH!!!!!! PUT ME DOWN!!! SOMEONE HELP!!!" Then I heard laughing. The lights cut on and Noah was the one who picked me up.

"Chill girl it's just a prank."

"Prank my ass. That shit scary."

"The movie over anyway. Let's watch some comedy so baby Athena can sleep." I love Noah but I also hate him. He puts me down and we all go back to the living room. The food was half way gone. When we went to sit down everyone went back to there original spot.

Demain sits down and as I was about to sit next to him he pulls me on his lap. He holds me and nuzzles his head in my neck. He's such a little kid sometimes. I turn and give him a quick kiss then go back to Netflix.

"Since comedy was suggested it has been decided." I then go find some Kevin Hart stand-up comedy and click it. It plays and has us all dying.

Just me and my friends having the best night ever. Food, movies, best friends and boyfriend. Just perfect. And since it's a Friday night they are sleeping over and we are going out for breakfast.
