After two weeks of living above the studio-Sarina was finally getting used to living on her own. Every now and then she'd get a visit from Ino or from Sakura and others that she knew. The only one who never came to see her was Gaara-which hurt her internally. But she knew that he'd never do something like visit her. He chose what he wanted to do so it was up to him to make things right not her.
She spent most of her time outside of the small apartment, whether it be working or getting her strength up-she rarely ever was in the apartment. That was until Sakura reminded her of the day of the concert they were going to see together. Sarina ended up showering and placing something some-what nice on before going to see the concert with Sakura.
Throughout the entire concert Sarina and Sakura would sing and shout the lyrics to the songs that they knew the boys performed. Sarina felt so hyped and starstruck being as close to the stage as they were. Her eyes were only on Jimin which made her forget about the heart break that she went through with Gaara. After the concert they went to the meet and greet due to the surprise that Sakura had for Sarina. Sarina was able to then show off her Koren speaking skills to Sakura in front of the guys as she asked them a question and apologized if she spoke anything wrong.
Due it being the first time she's ever asked anything in Koren. The guys were pretty surprised that she knew how to speak Koren and told her it was okay. After asking the question she wanted to ask and getting her answer she sat down once more before Sakura had hugged her and told her that she did great. Sarina placed Sakura's hand on her chest where her heart was. "I can't anymore Sakura. I feel like my heart is going to explode here." She muttered to Sakura
Sakura giggled and hugged Sarina. "It's alright, you were amazing up there."
After questions were asked Sakura and Sarina went up to get their signatures Sakura went first then Sarina went after her. As Sarina talked with each one of them she smiled at them and spoke to them as if Koren was her native tongue-when it wasn't. Each one of the seven members were pretty surprised that she was speaking so fluently in their native language. It was RM who asked how long she had been studying Koren only for her to be very honest about it.
"More than half a year-whenever I have free time from being a Choreographer." She said in Koren.
"You have many talents huh?"
She nodded her head happily. "Yeah, but I really want to thank all of you for being together and writing the songs that you boys do-I know this may sound cliche to hear but, if it wasn't for the songs you boys write I probably would have done a lot of stupid things to make it so I don't exist anymore. So thank you."
With that she was told to go to the next male who sat beside her which happened to be Jimin. She stuttered a lot as she spoke to him, she even stiffened a bit as he placed his left hand over her right hand. She tried to control her emotions as she just smiled at him and spoke as much as she could without stuttering but it didn't work in her favor. She then spoke with Jin and Jungkook before she left out with Sakura. Once they got outside they saw Sakura's father waiting for them.
"Did you girls have fun?" He asked
"Yeah. I did at least." Sakura said as she looked to Sarina. "You okay?"
Sarina rubbed her cheeks with her hands. "I-I'm okay...I...I really enjoyed tonight Sakura, thank you for inviting me to this. It was a great distraction."
"Of course. Let's get you home."
It was a hour and half drive to the studio before Sarina was dropped off. Once she said goodbye to Sakura she began to freak out a bit on her own. Having a mental break down as she recalled what Jimin told her-he had overheard what she had told RM and gave her advice on how to work through the problems she had. She enjoyed being able to talk to all seven of them, she shook her head and went to her apartment up the steps by the studio.
She stopped when she saw Gaara waiting by the door. She then sighed and shook her head as she went to unlock the door. "What do you want? I would have thought you'd be chatting it up with Matsuri by now."
"I picked wrong Sarina, it's just like the first time I was with her. I can't stop thinking about you."
"Not my problem, you chose your poison now you can deal with what you've personally done. I have my own life to live with people who care and actually give a damn about me. But I've been really busy all today and being out with Sakura has really tired me out. Talk to me when I don't feel like wanting to throw an entire butcher block at your ass." She said before she opened the door to her apartment and quickly shutting it behind her.
After she locked it she placed her hands over her eyes as she quietly sobbed out, she didn't want to be cold to Gaara but it was the only way she knew how to make him see that what he was doing to the two of them-the relationship they had was something she leaned on for emotional support. Now that it was gone-so was her sanity. She got off of the floor after a while and ended up getting pajamas on before she placed her headphones on.
She listened to bts as she fell asleep-mainly their singles until she heard Jimin's solo song; Serendipity; that's when she just had it go on a loop as she ended up crying herself to sleep that night. Gaara on the other hand couldn't believe what he had heard her say to him. Did he really push her down that badly? He sulked as he made his way back home, he had been told that it was his fault that he had conflicting emotions. Kankuro and Temari both scolded him for cheating on Sarina.
He knew what he did was bad, he loved Sarina-but he loved Matsuri too...or was it lust? wracking his brain around what he felt was so confusing to him. He didn't know what to do. When he got home Kankuro was the only one waiting for him. "So how'd it go? Did you break up with Matsuri?"
"I...well..."
"I'll take that as a no. She's just using you bro. Get that through your head-Sarina never did."
"Sarina hates me now." Gaara said sadly
"Hm I wonder why-it's not like you cheated on her when the two of you were together." Kankuro said sarcastically
"Yeah-I know! I know! What am I going to do? She won't even look at me like she used to, I know she's only cold to me because she's hurt-but I can't get her to talk to me or even look at me now." Gaara said sadly
"You went to speak with her didn't you?" Kankuro asked curiously
"Y-Yeah...I did. I wanted to apologize to her. But she wouldn't hear of it."
"Good on her-until you finally get your shit together you shouldn't try to talk to Sarina. She deserves better Gaara you of all people should know that."
"I know...I just..."
"Get some sleep and we can talk tomorrow alright?"
"Alright...alright fine. I just hope that we can do something about how cold Sarina's been to me."
"That's all you bro-I'm not getting involved in that." Kankuro said with his hands up as he stood up. "Sleep and we'll talk tomorrow alright?"
"Fine...fine."
Gaara soon after went upstairs to sleep, he hugged his pillow that still smelled somewhat like Sarina and cried against it. He wanted her back in his arms, he knew he couldn't though-he wasn't strong enough to say no to Matsuri. Something about her made him want to have her-but he knew it was wrong to think of only her body...unlike with Sarina. He knew damn well that even though she had a beautiful body-Sarina had a wonderful personality and was very hard working to boot. He was just a moron who didn't know how to control his hormones.
