This one follows the same rules as the instant romance chapter...
No avenger would ever see someone and think alrighty that's our next team member.
I know what your thinking: Tony recruited peter out of no where....
No he didn't. He had been watching peter for a while, most likely ever since Spider-Man started doing his thing.
And even after the Civil War movie peter wasn't an avenger, Tony only made peter an avenger when he was like "I'm back up" in infinity war but I have a sad theory about that so I mean yeah...
So give your OC a hard time proving their selfs to Tony because we all know Peter had 'em.
If there is no reason for OC to be an avenger other then you just want them to be one, then don't make them an avenger.
^^^ if you need help finding a reason comment or ask bc I'm always thinking of them.
And if you decide to make them an avenger, please make them needed. Maybe your OC has visions and knows what happens during IW and goes to Tony like "Alright listen here this shiz gonna go down" and maybe Tony doesn't listen but hey, that's his problem. Find a way to make your character struggle because that's their problem.
Going back to what was earlier stated "no avenger will see a random kid and think a v e n g e r !" because:
1) OC is a kid.
2) OC is inexperienced
3) Everyone else has powers what makes OC special.
4) They can't have two 15 year olds getting beat up in battle.
5) This isn't the "okay they got powers, here's your suit" kinda way of schools saying "okay top 10 percent gets into any college".
