{A/N} Okay so I suck at the texting format. So screenshots it is. Be prepared. And this chapter is going to be short. That is planned.

I stare down at my phone a little frazzled. What's with attractive men lately? I don't understand why they are texting or calling me. I send a quick text back, then slide the cell in my pocket as Daejung runs over lines with me once more. Other notification sounds almost immediately as Seokjin was replying faster than my heart could take. My hyung raises his brow at all the attention I'm giving my cell. I shoo his eyes away as I read the messages I was receiving.
"He's persistent for a date, isn't he?" Without warning at all a voice chuckled next to my ear causing me to jump from my seat. Luka's cheeky grin greeted my vision as he whirled my chair around to face him. I stammered on what to reply. It wasn't a date Seokjin wanted, just breakfast. But he was insistent on us going together. Right? Right. My hands encase my phone into a tight squeeze while I try to ignore the flutter in my chest at thought of a date. "Ya, let's just get back to work. Stay on task you two."
"You were texting so much you didn't realize Seok said it was break time. He doesn't want our voices worn out," Luka shrugged at me as he dimmed the lights in the small studio we patroned. Attempting some kind of relaxing atmosphere in our stressed practice.
I knew now that we were on break, but I didn't want any more distractions. The boys have been working their asses off too much for me to be focused on my phone.
Seok has been working almost non-stop to make sure our debut would run smoothly, especially since TxT debut just happened. Our project was so much different from theirs, and we wished them the best of luck but we were so stuck. We had another four months until our debut would even be mentioned to the public, it was stressful. Luka has been dancing a lot, perfecting choreo for our title track as if he needed it to live. Seok is almost always in the studio, there are many nights where he meets with other producers and managers and just doesn't come back home. Daejung works with higher-ups as well, plotting our concept to the finest of detail to fit the image Seok's songs paint for us. I've been knee-deep in language studies and vocal practice, but I feel that I haven't helped any. I can officially say that I understand four languages and working on the fifth. I want to be useful for something, and if being a translator is it then alright.
The clock was ticking. No matter how much time we had, it was never enough for us.
"(Y/n), let's talk about stage names?" Daesung almost looked like a puppy as he brought a notepad to my attention. Shaking my head as a way to relieve myself from the bubbling laughter at the back of my throat, I roll my chair to where he is. Stage names were his break from the tension of work, they let him be creative in his own way. "What have you thought of for Luka?" My eyes look over the paper where he had our names in a row, followed by columns of random scratched out names or words. His pen tapped silently as his eyes jittered along the page. Daesung looked a bit worrisome.
"Don't laugh," he began, "but I really think Bae suits him." My eyes widen immediately. Did he just casually call our friend a pear? Or was this his way of saying he liked Luka? Because cute. I ship, true OTP. Before I could voice this thought he waved his hands back and forth defensively. "He's not my type! He just seems like the kind of guys would fall all over, and besides...we he's freaking thick like a pear too, " he mumbled the last part and I chuckled.
"Yes, I see. Not your type, mhm, " I teased while feeling arms wrap themselves around my shoulders.
Sweat. Heavy breathing. A face nuzzled into my neck while the sound of whining pants reach my ears. "Ew, Luka, get off. You smell like testosterone and cabbage!"
He didn't budge, and we all went on with thinking of stage names to present at our next meeting. At some point, Seok slinked onto Daesung and joined the chatter, "I like Bae, it sits Luka." Daesung nodded quickly since someone understood what he meant. I only sighed while looking through the list again. Nothing suiting me from what I could tell. "(Y/n), I think I'm going to settle with what you said before, " Daesung looked up at me with an exhausted smile. My brows scrunch in confusion because I hadn't recalled suggesting anything to him. He only pointed his pen to a line that read Sinner/Sin. Luka seemed to clap and cheered quickly in agreement as Seok nodded silently.
Bae, Sin...
Little did we know that those names would be their trademark on a whole new scale.
