Luna's POV
"Let's go! Get your lazy ass out of bed, I'm tired of seeing you lay around all day." I could feel Savanna pulling on the covers of my bed so I quickly pulled them up over my head and curled up in a ball under my sheets.
"But I like laying around all day." I whined as my hot breath made the small area I was locked in warmer and I felt trapped. I suddenly removed the cover from my face and let out a big sigh.
"It's not healthy. I don't know what's gotten you so upset, but you're twenty years old. You're supposed to be out and having the time of your life. Not moping like a sixty year old cat lady." I rolled my eyes as she sat down on the bed next to me. She laid her head on my lap and looked up at me with her dark brown eyes. "You're getting married in two weeks and you've never been so different. I just want my happy best friend back and to be happy again." She said softly as she hugged my torso and I leaned down and hugged her back. I was glad she couldn't see me because tears began to form in the corners of my eyes. I wished happy Luna could come back too.
"I am happy, I just feel different. Life is changing." She sat up and laid back on my bed frame and looked up at the ceiling.
"Life is always changing, Lune." She said as though she was upset and agreeing with me as well. "Let's go out tonight. Girls night, no boys, no worries. Just us, cute outfits, lots of drinks, and dancing." I looked at her curiously and she turned toward me with a giant smile on her face. "Come on it'll be so fun! We always used to do that. We can pull out the old fake IDs and reminisce on when we used to be fun!"
"Fine, but I don't know why I'm agreeing to this. I don't even like to drink." I pouted and crossed my arms but Savannah just rolled her eyes in my direction.
"You always say that before we go out but you never say anything near that while you have shots being poured down your throat." I nodded my head and closed my eyes, realizing this was going to be a long night and that tomorrow was going to be an even longer day.
"Touche."
*Luke's POV*
"Stop moping around; what are you a lost puppy?" I heard Ashton call out as he searched through the kitchen cabinets for something to eat.
"Shut up man." I stated monotoniously as I remained curled up on the couch under a blanket watching reruns of friends.
"What's wrong with you?" Michael asked concernly and sat down next to me on the couch. I tried not to show any emotion so my eyes stayed fixed on the TV.
"Nothing, I'm just tired."
"You're lying, we know you are, Lucas." I cringed at the name because that's what she used to call me. Wow, when did I become such a softy?
"You're acting like someone broke up with you." Ashton said as he peered down at me from behind the couch.
"Look, I just got rejected by this girl and it really sucks because I really like her, okay. Now shut up and let me watch Joey because he's funny and can make me laugh."
"You know what can cure a broken heart?" Ashton asked and I rolled my eyes.
"Fifa?" Calum answered.
"Panda express?" Michael said at the same time.
"Friends?" I answered while keeping my eyes focused.
"No, dumbasses. Alcohol and some dancing. We're not going anywhere until Luke gets in the shower though. Your hair is a wreck, man." And with that all the boys went to their rooms to get ready while I stayed on the couch wondering how I had gotten myself into this mess.
