*Luna's POV*

"We're almost there, babe."  I rolled my eyes as I stared out the car window.  I knew we were almost there; this was my parent's country club.  I had been going here my whole life, I obviously knew when we were going to be there.  I decided not to say anything to Stephen because I knew I would just end up getting short tempered with him.  There were some mornings, and even days, where I couldn't handle how nice he was.  Like he was constantly in a cheerful, happy, and thoughtful mood.  Like doesn't he ever get tired of being a good person and ever just want to do something bad?

We were on our way to my parent's country club to see if it was a possible venue for our wedding reception.  I didn't really want to have it there considering I had always been there as a child.  It wasn't anything special to me anymore, more like a play area from when I was five.  I wanted somewhere new and special but I knew the costs would be easier if we did it here and that's where Stephen really wanted it to be.  I guess I could compromise.

Once we had parked and walked through the main entrance, he began looking around excitedly.

"Just think Luna, everyone could come in here and wait while they figure out their seating arrangements.  Then, they walk into the main room to find tables on both sides of the dance floor."  He continued on talking about all things he invisioned, which I had to admit, all sounded very well thought out and nice.  But as I slowly walked around the giant ballroom, I tuned out his talking and felt suffocated in the room.  In less than four months, I would be in here with about two hundred people.  I would be wearing a white dress, have a ring on my finger, and already have said 'I do'.  That's scary.

Stephen led me over towards the windows in the middle of the room.  I attempted to look out the window, but it was so bright that my eyes began to water.

"There's a gazebo over there on the side of the golf course.  I thought we could stream lights on it, maybe make a trail from the door so people could go out to it and see the lake in the distance." I didn't even need to look out the window to know exactly which gazebo he was talking about.

My mind suddenly took me to a summer night when I was seventeen.

*Flashback, Luna's POV*

"Lucas Hemmings, if you don't shut up we're going to get caught.  And then I'll be grounded for life and you won't have anyone to hang out with anymore."  I whispered to him as we snuck down the narrow pathway.  I tripped over something, probably my own foot, but I couldn't see because it was so dark.

"That's not true.  I have Calum, Ashton, Michael.  I think my parents like me.  And I'm sure Savanna would hang out with me if I schedule a year in advance."  I laughed at him and hit his arm.  He chuckled along with me but we continued walking.

"Who knew that I would be so awake at two a.m.?"

"Not me, that's for sure.  Normally you're crabby when it's late."  He admitted and I was about to fight back, but I knew he was telling the truth.  I usually was crabby when I was too tired, it didn't matter if it was late or early.  No sleep equals a not so happy Luna.  I think the only reason I was awake is because I knew I was going to have an adventure with Luke.  These are my favorite kind of nights.

"Let's go play some golf, Hemmings."  I grabbed his hand and ran towards the open green area.  I stopped a little later from being out of breath; I'm really not one for running although I'm working on it.

"Having some trouble there, Webbs?"  I nodded as I bent over and placed my hands on my knees.  He laughed very loudly and suddenly I saw him bending down in front of me.

"Now what are you doing?"

"I'm trying to help you out, don't be a brat.  Get on!"  I didn't respond but instead hopped onto his back.  I felt his hands grip onto my thighs and my arms wrapped tightly around his neck.  "Don't choke me or I'll drop you."  I responded by gripping a little tighter onto his neck and suddenly his grip was loosening from my legs.
