*Luna's POV*

I straightened out my veil and looked down to make sure my dress wasn't folded oddly as it laid out onto the ground. My germaphobe inside of me cringed as I realized the pure white was resting on the fithly ground that people walked all over. I squinted my eyes and blocked out the voices in mind. I looked over towards Savanna who handed me my bouquet of white daisies and a simple smile. I stepped away from the wall and moved toward the archway in the back of the church, directly in front of the aisle.

I looked down the aisle, hoping to get a glipse at the alter and saw four men dressed in black tuxes. And when I saw the man standing in the center, a smile didn't erupt on my face like I always thought it would, butteflies weren't flying around in my stomach, and my eyes didn't light up.

Because I wanted someone else to be there. I was looking for blond hair when all I saw was brown. I was looking for bright blue eyes when all I saw were dark brown ones. I was looking for his tall figure when all I saw was his medium one. I was looking for him and no one else.

And suddenly for the first time in my life, I had never been so sure about anything. This is what I had always hoped for and dreamed of. I had always wanted to be sure about something, to feel confident about something, to be invested so deeply in something that I knew I was doing the right thing.

I grabbed the tail of my dress in one hand and was about to hand my flowers back to Savanna. She had already had her hand out because she knew exactly what I was going to do. She had been waiting for this. I think I had been too, actually.

I saw the shocked look on Stephen's face as I ran out of the church doors and into the mildly warm air. I knew he was running after me and I was waiting for him to come find me. I stood in the lawn of the church, staring up at a tree that had probably been there for a hundred years.

"It's him isn't it?" He asked, not shocked at all. I nodded my head and tried not to make eye contact with him. "Have you been with him this whole time?"

"No, Stephen."  I shook my head and widen my eyes.  "We had been together a long time ago but that's it.  Nothing more had happened."

"Why didn't you tell me you had a history with him?  That's the type of thing someone should know before their wedding day, don't you think?"  I rolled my eyes slightly and threw my hands up in the air.

"I didn't tell you because I didn't think I needed to, we were engaged and no past should have changed that."  I exclaimed and now it was his turn to roll his eyes.

"You were wrong.  That's something I needed to know, especially when you've been around him so often.  I can't believe this."  He paces and his eyesbrows are furrowed together and then suddenly I get so angry and my eyebrows furrow together as well.

"You're so upset and here I am wishing I was upset about you cheating on me but I'm not because deep down I knew I belonged with Luke this whole time.  That's why I wasn't upset when I saw you that day.  I even knew then."  I shook my head and placed my hands on my head.  "I should have known."

Stephen's eyes widen at the words I was saying and he seems to be in shock because he says nothing but stares at me.

"I don't know why it took me so long."

"Wait,"  A word finally came out of his mouth as I began to walk away but I swiftly turned around and gave him the finger.

"Shut up, you man whore.  I have to go tell the person who actually loves me that I love them back."
