Edd got some airplane tickets for all four of them. It was early in the morning. Kelcey was sleeping peacefully. Edd opened the door and tried to wake her up.
"Kelcey. Kelcey, sweetheart. Wake up."
She turned her head. She looked very tired.
"Ugh... what?... let me sleep..."
"We're leaving."
"Ugh... why... it's 4 o'clock..."
Edd sighed. He sat on the bed. Kelcey slowly sat up.
"Kelcey, we're going to Norway."
"Why...?"
"I don't want you to lose your dad. And if he's going to pass away, I want you to be there with him. So we're going to Norway so you could see him."
Kelcey didn't look so tired anymore. She hugged Edd.
"Maybe I was supposed to go to you."
Edd hugged her back. He got up and helped her pack her things. She walked out of her room and saw Matt and Tom with their bags.
"You guys are going too?"
Matt smiled. "Of course!"
Tom didn't look up from his phone. "I'm being forced too."
"LIE!" Matt pointed at him and laughed.
Edd rolled his eyes. He looked at Kelcey.
"I'll tell you later."
Edd went to the other room and came back with a pet carrier. Tom noticed it.
"Edd, your bringing Ringo?"
"I spent all my money on the plane tickets. I can't afford a pet sitter."
Kelcey stuck her fingers through the cage door. Ringo rubbed against her. She giggled.
Edd laughed. He picked up his bags.
"Is everyone ready to go?"
Everyone nodded. They walked out of the apartment and locked it. Tom looked at Edd.
"How long is it going to take to get from here to Norway?"
"Uh... from Lincoln to Oslo... about 6 1/2 hours."
Matt looked at him, shocked. "OH MY GOD!"
Kelcey sighed. They all walked outside and drove to the plane station.
