MaNan: It all started with a lie

Apologies

It was start of a new day and a new chapter in Sanjana's life. She had woken up with a new determination and win back Maddy's trust and also apologize to the ones she hurt. She quickly reached Space and started searching for Maddy and eventually reached the fab 5 jam room. She remembered it being the same room where she had found Maddy yesterday, so decided on checking it when she heard Maddy talking to someone inside.

Maddy: Navya will you please stop it? I need some space

Navya: par Maddy hum toh-

Sanjana stood there confused, not knowing what the discussion was about when she heard another known voice interrupting Navya.

Nandini: Navya let him be na. Agar use share karna hota toh voh abtak kar chuka hota na

Aryaman: Nandini we understand but its just its high time now and Maddy still not opening up to us makes us feel as if he still doesn't trust us enough

Maddy: No Arya believe me, I do trust you guys a lot....its....its just that I am not strong enough to gather myself and tell you guys about it

Abhimanyu: but someday you'll have to right? Ab toh that girl is also here....kya naam hai uska? Shreya? Nai Sanaya?

That's when Sanjana decided to enter in.

Sanjana: Sanjana Shekhawat it is

Maddy: What the fuck are you doing here?

He asked, already seething in anger.

Sanjana: Maddy I came here to-

Maddy: Madhyam! Its Madhyam for you

Sanjana: Ok Madhyam, I came here to apologize to Nandini and to....you

Maddy: Apologize ha? Good then! Finish off with your drama and leave

Sanjana: Its not some drama, trust me

Maddy: Trust you? (Laughs sarcastically) please spare me. I did that mistake once and I won't repeat that ever again

Sanjana: Mad- Madhyam I am really sorry for that day and Nandini please forgive me for being so impulsive yesterday. I know you weren't at fault and still I lashed out at you for no reason. I am sorry

Nandini: Sanjana its ok...really. You were just confused and a little desperate to talk to Maddy isliye you behaved like that and its ok, I understand

Maddy: Seriously Munchkin?

He stared at her in disbelief.

Manik: Maddy chod na. You know how she is

That was when Sanjana noticed fab 5 there.

Maddy: Right. How can I forget, she is Ms. Veena Vadini after all

He sighed in disbelief.

Nandini: Maddy!

Nandini glared at him but that didn't work this time.

Maddy *to Sanjana*: I think you are done with your bullshit so please leave

He spoke sternly making Sanjana shiver at her place.

Sanjana: Please give me a chance. I promise I won't break your trust, I'll do anything to make it up. I am really sorry for all that happened in the past

Maddy: I said leave Ms. Shekhawat

He yelled this time and Sanjana looked down, controlling her tears and immediately went away.

Nandini: Maddy at least give her a chance to explain herself, to apologize for whatever she has done

Nandini blasted off as soon as Sanjana left while Maddy just rolled his eyes, trying to ignore her.

Nandini: Don't! Don't roll your eyes at me. You'll have to face it one day Maddy, you can't keep on avoiding her for the rest of your life na?

Her voice softened towards the end.

Maddy: I can't avoid her for the rest of my life but I also can't forget what she did to me, I can't forget the Maddy I had become because of her and I can't forget how difficult had she made my life and you know it all Nandini yet you are taking her side?

He called her Nandini for the first time and this implied how serious he was. His eyes held pain and everyone in the room was a bit taken aback seeing this side of Maddy.

Nandini: I am not taking her side Maddy, I am doing this for you. You are my best friend and I can't see you in pain and you won't get rid of it until you confront her. Just face it Maddy, you need a closure

She said softly, with pleading eyes.

Abhimanyu: Nandu aakhir aisa kya hua tha ki Maddy itna hurt hai?

Nandini: Abhi its not my place to tell you that

Aryaman: Maddy you know that you can share it with us right?

He asked, keeping his hand on Maddy's shoulder which made him sigh.

Maddy: I guess its time to tell you people about how Madhyam Singhania turned into Maddy....into a 1MB

Manik: Maddy its ok if you are not comfortable, we understand. We are not forcing you ya?

Maddy: Relax Manik, I really want you guys to know

Navya: Are you sure?

Maddy*takes a deep breath* : yes!

Everyone nodded, curious to know his story as the room fell into silence waiting for Maddy to speak.
