MaNan: It all started with a lie

Nandini's Surprise

Manik got back home after a long tiring day at college and immediately crashed on the bed to sleep but his plans were ruined as his phone went off. Frustrated, he fished out his phone to find Nandini calling him and suddenly all his irritation was replaced with a big smile.

Phone convo

Manik: Missing me already girlfriend?

Nandini: You wish boyfriend. You seemed more desperate you know...ek ring par hi phone utha liya

Manik: Is it wrong to be desperate when you have such a beautiful girlfriend?

He asked huskily making Nandini blush on the other side.

Manik: Come on you can do it more...you're still pink and I know you have the talent to turn your cheeks red. Come on Nandini

He teased tongue in cheek making Nandini blush even more.

Nandini: Are you going to keep teasing me? If yes toh theek hai, you continue...main badme call karti hu. I had a surprise for you but it's fine, you find it more important to tease me so it's ok

She feigned innocence and smirked at the same time knowing full well that her plan had worked.

Manik: Ek second...you planned a surprise for me? What surprise? And when am I getting it?

Nandini: ha I did plan a surprise but it's okay, I don't think you want it anymore because you were having so much fun in teasing me na

Manik: Okay drama queen I am sorry for teasing you. Now tell me what my surprise is

Nandini: Manik it's a surprise

Manik*sheepishly*: Oh right! At least tell me when am I getting it?

Nandini: Meet me right outside your house in an hour and yeah wear something black but casual

Saying so she cut the call, not waiting for Manik's reply to which he sighed.

End of phone convo

Manik: This girl! Anyways Manik get ready varna she'll start scolding you if you get late

He said to himself as he grabbed his clothes and went to get ready.

An hour passed by quickly and there Nandini was found waiting for Manik anxiously tapping her foot on the ground.

Manik: Whoo

He exclaimed as he checked her out from top to bottom. Nandini was dressed in a cute black top that reached just above her belly button and had paired it up with a black hot shorts, completing her look with black riding boots and her hair left open naturally just the way Manik liked, looking ravishing.

Nandini looked up when she heard Manik and stilled at her place. He looked no less than a Greek God dressed up in a plain black button down shirt paired up with dark blue denims that had cuts all over, his hair messy and wet from the shower he had a while back and his day old stubble, completing his look with his favourite black nike sneakers. Soon enough she snapped out of her trance when she found Manik staring at her with a smirk.
