ARC Industries CEO, Christopher Rodriquez...

The magazine, tabloids, business news were filled about him...

The whole office was keenly listening to the news and suddenly they heard someone's voice.

"Sir is here... Back to your places everyone..."

It was Gina Darwin, CEO's secretary.

Everyone rushed back to their seats and the noises damped as their boss entered the building. He walked in buttoning his coat and looking at the wrist watch that glistened in the bright light. His footsteps echoed in the silence.

Gina greeted him and informed his schedule as he barged towards his cabin. She rushed to manage his pace and when she completed about his schedule for the day,

"Alright! Anything else?" He asked.

"No, Sir! That is it for now and that briefing with the Advertising team is in 30 minutes." She said and he nodded.

"Get my coffee!" He said sitting at his desk.

"Sure sir!" Gina replied and walked to the door but stood still. He looked up to see her not moving and asked, "Everything alright?"

She turned and looked at him

"Sir! Mr. Jeffords is here!" She whispered and he glared at her for not informing about his arrival beforehand.

"I didn't know he was coming..." She mouthed and turned back to greet Mr Shawn Jeffords as she opened the door for him. "Good morning, Sir!"

He eyed her from top to bottom and walked in throwing a wicked smile.

"Christopher! Nice to meet you!" He said and Christopher moved towards the entrance to welcome him.

"Pleasure to meet you, Mr Jeffords!" He said sulking mentally and gestured him to take a seat.

Shawn Jeffords was a middle aged man who held a 5% shares of Christopher's Company.

In span of five years, the growth of the company was massive and he had his name emerging as the next big shot.

As much as his business went high, the rivalry got bigger too...
And sometimes, it was within his own company... his own share holders... Precisely, Mr Shawn Jeffords...

"Do you like to have anything, Sir?" Gina asked Shawn.

"Yeah! I will have the same that he has..." Shawn replied throwing an indecent smirk at Gina.

Why the hell is he here! What does he want now?

'Calm down, Chris!' I reminded myself every time I blinked.

Gina's face went pale in disgust as he stood close to her. Her eyes shifted between Mr Jeffords and me.

"You can leave..." I said and gestured her to head out as soon as possible.

Gina Darwin has been my secretary for past four years and she somehow ended up like being an elder sister... Even though I never showed it, I still respect her the way it should be...

"Ms. Darwin... I see... Isn't she the one who worked for InterBloom???" Mr Jeffords asked.

InterBloom, the rival company, had a major downfall since ARC Industries made a progress.
