Taehyung was walking down the grocery aisle with a blank stare. He picked up eight packs of Chicken Alfredo and stuck them in his basket.

He kept going down the hallway until he got to the sodas. Pepsi or Coke? He finally decided to get Pepsi and kept on walking.

Hoseok came into Taehyung's mind as he approached the frozen aisle. He walked towards the fish and thought of grabbing some since Hoseok enjoyed it.

They were hanging out tonight after his date. He knew Hoseok was still seeing Jungkook and that bothered him so much.

Taehyung didn't know why but it did. It irked his inner soul to know that his friend was with his rental.

It wasn't because he had feelings for Jungkook. He just didn't want to see him with anyone else.

Was it bad that he wanted to make him cry but also hug him until he couldn't anymore?

Why were his feelings so double sided?

He reached to grab a fish when he spotted a pale hand reaching to grab salmon. He quickly turned his head and saw Yoongi who hadn't even acknowledge him.

Yoongi was a few steps away and was too busy reading the label on the back. Taehyung's heart started speeding.

He swallowed his nerves feeling his whole body get warm at the sight of him. He got the courage to walk up to him.

"Yoongi?"

Yoongi looked up confused until he saw Taehyung standing behind him. "Oh! Tae—I mean Taehyung, whats up?"

"You can call me Tae don't worry." He said after him. Yoongi could call him whatever he pleased.

"How have you been?"

"I've been...good." Taehyung responded. He hadn't been though, and it's was mainly Yoongi's fault. Although, Yoongi was completely unawared.

Yoongi looked up with a smile, "That's great. It feels like you've grown a foot since I've last seen you." He laughed.

"Oh, no, it's the shoes. They have a platform." He responded pointing to his black boots.

Yoongi looked down and then up at him, "You're still pretty tall though."

"How have you been?" Taehyung asked raising both eyebrows. In the perfect scenario Yoongi would say, "I'm good. I've just missed you so much. Please, come back to me."

But, of course Yoongi didn't say that. "I've been great actually!"

"That's-that's good." Taehyung said.

"Yeah."

Taehyung looked down at the salmon in his hands. "Are you cooking tonight?" He asked. Because he knew Yoongi didn't cook big meals.

He had told Taehyung that he lived by himself and that he usually did something small like a sandwich.

Then the thought crossed Taehyung's mind, was he living with someone now? Dating someone?

"Yeah, I am, actually. I just don't know if..." Yoongi stopped talking when he noticed how awkward the conversation would be.

"If what?" Taehyung whispered.

"Well, I don't know, I shouldn't talk about this."

"We're friends aren't we?" Taehyung asked.

"Yeah, we are, but, you know how you used to be my rental? I don't want it to be weird."

Taehyung nodded hurt. "Yeah, I used to be."

Yoongi looked down at his feet and cleared his throat. Taehyung couldn't help to impulsively ask, "Do you have a new rental? You haven't rented my services in a while."
