"That was delicious!" Jimin exclaimed.

"Thank you. I'm glad you liked it. I haven't cooked in so long."

"Well, I'm glad to be your first in a long time." Jimin giggled wiggling his eyebrows.

Yoongi laughed with a pink tint spreading on his face. Jimin was being his usual self today and that made Yoongi beyond happy.

He didn't like how awkward it had been the last few days. Jimin felt better and although he did still think about the pool scene, he tried really hard not to.

He had taken out his girlfriend for dinner so she wasn't mad at him anymore. So, things were starting to get better.

It felt like Yoongi read his mind because of the following question he asked. "Did you fix everything with your girlfriend?"

He was literally concerned about Jimin's relationship. It did sadden him to know that Jimin was with someone else, but all he wanted was his happiness.

And if she was his happiness Yoongi was okay with that. That's what he told himself anyways.

"Yeah." Jimin breathed.

"That's good."

"Mhm." He responded as he took a sip of the fancy wine Yoongi served for dinner.

"What caused the problem? If I may ask." Yoongi asked as he turned on the sink water.

"Wait, before I answer that, what are you doing?"

"Washing the dishes?" He responded confused.

"Doesn't one of your workers come here during the weekends to clean?"

"Yes, but, it wouldn't be fair for her to wash some dried up salmon juice now would it? And if I don't wash them it'll probably smell."

Jimin nodded amazed, "Wow, you're rich and thoughtful?"

Yoongi rolled his eyes playfully, "Whatever."

"And to answer your question," Jimin began as he leaned over the counter next to Yoongi.

"She claimed I was distant with her. Can you believe that?"

"What made her think that?"

"I don't know. I've taken her out on dates and I text her good morning everyday. I don't know what she wants from me."

"Maybe your actual attention?"

Jimin frowned, "I am giving her my attention."

Yoongi shrugged, "Yeah, but there's times when a person is distant although they are there beside you. It's weird to explain."

"I guess you're right. And all the thoughts aren't helping either."

Jimin shut his mouth after he said what he did. He bit his tongue regretting how it slipped his lips.

"What thoughts?"

"Just random thoughts."

Yoongi was very curious of these thoughts. It was very evident that Jimin didn't want to discuss them so he let the subject go.

"But you two are good now, right?" Yoongi asked as he turned off the water and dried his hands on the sides of his jeans.

They were okay, right? Were they really even though it didn't feel like it?

Why did he want to tell Yoongi that they were doing terrible? Why did he want Yoongi to know that?
