Slamming the front door, I ran towards Tyson's lime green Lamborghini. "Took you long enough." He chuckled and pulled out of the drive way.
Clicking on my seatbelt, I sighed. "Yeah, the girls wanted to speak to me."
"What happened?" Tyson kept his eyes on the road.
"Nothing really." I shrugged. "They just wanted to talk about what was happening between us. You know, girl talk."
"Since when do you do girl talk with Greta?" Tyson raised an eyebrow as he stopped the car at a red right.
"I don't know. But it was Willow's idea. She wants stuff to be better between us." I shrugged as I turned towards the window. Nodding his head, the light turned green and we were off. The car was filled with a comfortable silence as the music from the radio hummed nicely behind us. Soon enough, we were pulling up the drive-way to my wonderful home. Note the sarcasm.
Once Tyson cut the engine, I groaned and looked over to him. "Please don't let me go. I don't want to go in."
Tyson chucked and shook his head. His black floppy hair touching his forehead. "Babe, stop acting like a child and get your ass out of this car before I pull you out of here myself." Tyson jumped out of the car.
I smirked. Another challenge was in play and I was not backing down. "Oh? I dare you. Try me!" Crossing my arms over my chest, I leaned back in the seat as I waited for Tyson. Slamming his car door shut, he jogged over to my side but before he could do anything, I locked the doors.
Giggling at him, I gave him a small wave through the window but my little smile was gone when Tyson showed me his car keys. "Fuck!" I slapped myself in the face. The car doors clicked open and Tyson swung open my door. "How stupid am I? Like really."
Shaking his head, he clicked off my seat belt and pulled my hands. "Come on." Physically pulling me out of the car, I was soon on my feet with him slamming the door behind me. "They have a lot of explaining to do." Tyson kept his hand in mine and walked up the drive-way towards my front door.
Ringing the door bell, we waited a few minutes before my brother threw it opened. "Mel." Julian said with wide eyes.
"Where's mom and dad. We're here to talk about this Mafia shit." I mumble before pushing my way past Julian. I was mad at him. Muffled voices filled my ears as I followed them towards to living room.
"Melly ,no!" Julian hissed out but it was too late. I walked into my living room to see it filled with mobsters. My parents sat on one couch while three other guys sat across from them. Four guys stood around the room while one of the younger looking guy was speaking to my sister in the corner. Oh, hell no! I thought to myself.
"Melody." Julian said. He and Tyson stepped into the room causing everyone to turn their attention towards me.
My parents' eyes widened as they quickly got up along with my sister who sped walked towards us. "Melody. Sweetie. W-What are you doing here?" My mom stuttered as she looked at me with questionable eyes. I raised an eyebrow at her at the men in the room. They were looking at me with interest but their eyes were directed at the person behind me. Tyson's amazing cologne filled my nose as I knew those mobsters knew my boyfriend.
Glaring over at them, I took a step back towards Tyson. "I came here to speak to you but clearly you're busy with these lovely gentlemen." I said in a kind voice. I was about to leave but Tyson placed his hands on my waist preventing me to move.
"Melody wanted to know more about the Mafia. She was curious as to why you guys asked for her to join." Tyson said in a kind and structural voice. My eyes directed to his. His blue eyes were darting towards all the men in the room, jaw clenched in the process. I had never seen him like that, but I figured it was the gang leader part of him.
