Thomas was still living with his family, his mother and sister and he was not ashamed of that.

"Mom, we're here!", he yelled when we entered the house and his mother Tasha appeared from the kitchen to greet us.

"Lovely, honey! Dinner's almost ready!", she said smiling and hugging me.

Ava his sister was not home yet, but she will probably come soon.

Thomas led me upstairs and onto a room, closing the door and putting my luggage on the floor.

"This is your room", he said. "I hope you'll feel comfortable here."

I took a look around me and then my eyes landed on him.

"I assumed it was more appropriate with all your interviews and work and you need to rest and have your own space", he ranted.

I smiled at that and got closer to him, wrapping my arms around his neck. I looked him deeply in the eyes before kissing his lips gently.

"Uh, but of course you are anytime welcomed in my room also so..." he breathed but I cut his words with another kiss.

"Thank you, Thomas", I said and pulled away from him.

That evening I tried to relax, considering the next day I had two interviews scheduled. And with Thomas' family was so easy to be relaxed. They were all friendly people and I laughed the whole time at their jokes and childhood memories.

And when dinner was finally over and it was time to call it a night, Thomas kissed my forehead and led me into my room.

"Wake me up tomorrow morning", he said "and I'll drive you to the Studio."

I nodded and smiled to him, closing the door at my room.

The night turned into day way faster than I have thought. My alarm went off at 7:30 as the interview was scheduled at 11:00 and I was supposed to be there at 10:30. So I got dressed and ate something in a hurry, then I knocked at Thomas' door.

"Thomas?", I said while knocking. "Are you still driving me or I should call a taxi?"

For a couple of seconds there was no sound behind the door, then it cracked open and a very sleepy Thomas with a very messy hair showed up.

"Good morning, Y/N", he said. "Just give me five minutes and I'll be ready."

I smiled at his sleeping look and nodded, deciding to wait for him downstairs.

The morning was cold enough so Thomas asked me to wait inside the house just a couple more minutes until he would warm up the car.

"Do you want me to wait until you're finished?", he asked after we drove off.

"Don't be silly, Thomas", I giggled. "It could take hours as there are two interviews in a row."

"Well I don't mind. There is a coffee shop just near the corner."

I shook my head and laughed.

"I think I can walk back home, thank you!"

He gave me a short look before turning his gaze back on the road.

"Alright, just be sure you won't get lost."

"Well I'll call you if I do!"

"Yeah, do that!"

It was not a long way drive, so I was sure I could handle the way back home. Besides, tomorrow was Christmas and I had some shopping to do and presents to buy.

"Thank you for driving me, Thomas!" I said when we finally arrived and he pulled over.

"No problem, love!", he smiled at me. He still looked a little bit sleepy though.

We looked at each other for a couple of seconds, before Thomas cupped my cheek with his hand and gently caressed my skin. I melted under his soft touch and closed my eyes smiling.

"And I just remember I haven't gotten my morning kiss yet!", he said.

He leaned in and pulled me closer, pecking my lips. But he didn't pull away after that, he just looked deeply into my eyes as if asking permission for more.

I couldn't resist it and I grabbed his jacket, kissing his lips. He smiled into the kiss and unbuckled my seat belt, pulling me closer. His lips were slightly cold but his breath was warm and in that moment all I wanted was to hide in a cocoon, just the two of us. Then he pressed his forehead against mine, our noses touching.

"I'll see you later", he whispered and leaned over to open the door of the car for me.

Once I got inside the Studio, everyone was greeting me as they were all expecting me.

"Come on, miss Y/N. This way, please!", a woman dragged me toward an open door. "We'll start with the make up first.

They didn't have to work very much on my make up actually, as I usually wear a very natural one.

I had time to meet the team and have a cup of coffee with them during my make up and hair styling session and I was glad they were all nice people.

I didn't even feel like I was interviewed; they managed to create such a friendly environment, that their questions and my answers came almost naturally. We talked about my work and the last movie I was starring in and they even sneaked a few subtle personal questions.

I however said nothing about me and Thomas. I knew he was very private about his personal life and I wasn't going to ruin it for him.

"So no one in your life yet?", one of the interviewers asked.

"I wouldn't say no one, but we're still getting to know each other ", I answered.

They seemed pleased with my response and didn't push any further. I smiled and this; they were my kind of journalists.
