She's almost crying, her face looks so uncertain and pain is so visible in her body language. I would never leave her like this, yet she insists that I will. I hush her peacefully and hold her head in my arms, her face in my chest breathing harshly. She holds my body and we sit in silence for a little while.

"You okay..?" I ask after I feel her body relax, breathing at a normal pace. I feel her hum against my chest. "Wanna go to bed?" I ask and she nods her head. She lets me pick her up, I take us to the bedroom. I set her on the bed then start walking to the bathroom in the room, expecting her to be silent and sleepy.

"Where are you going?" her voice drawls out of the dim light. "I'm gonna brush my-" she cuts me off- "Come here." her sweet voice says and I listen. I get out and close the bathroom door and start walking a little blindly to the bed and lay down next to her under the covers. The whiteness from under the bathroom being the only source of light. I bring my hands to her face and hold it ever so delicately. I kiss her forehead, pushing her cheeks slightly together to make her lips pucker, I kiss them.

I smile at her and she starts to smile back but it looks painful for her to do. I nod and put my head resting over her own, her breathing at my neck. I hear her call my name with a creaky voice, I hum in response.

"I don't think I'll be sleeping tonight." she says. I lay her down so she's facing the ceiling and I place my hot lips on every part of skin visible to me. Lingering around her neck, chest and shoulders. I let my body rest on hers, my legs and torso lightly on top of her. I kiss one last time under her ear, when I look up at her face... She's sleeping so beautifully.

"You were tired last night." I said as she walked into the kitchen rubbing her eyes. Her hair all a mess and still in her high pony. "It smells nice." I chuckle.

"It's only coffee. I have bread." I say showing it to her with a smile since I never make breakfast and this was enough to make me proud. She chuckles too and comes around the counter and kisses me. She already seems much better. "Let's go to the backyard." I say bringing our coffees and Ariana with the pieces of bread.

I sit on the chair and as we get the food on the table, Ariana sits on my lap. I kiss her a while longer and she stops it to look at the sky and sip on her coffee.

"Thank you for taking care of me last night." Ariana says, I shake my head. "No need to thank me moonlight," she looks back and smiles at me. "When in doubt, go back to the pillow." I joke and she chuckles.

"I love you,"

"I love you too."
