"WHAT??" I shouted
My mind couldn't process anything at this moment because of what I heard
Everyone shot a glare towards us
"Shhh , keep it down" my mom shushed me
"you crazy?" I asked her
"Here you go guys" Jin came back with drinks
"Thanks Jin" my mom said
Jin sat down next to us both
"So what is all the commotion about?" He asked
"Oh it's just that she is getting married" my mom said casually
"Wow really congrats" Jin said giving me a high five
"But she doesn't want to get married" my mom added
"Alright give me my high five back" he said and I acted like giving his high five back
"But why don't you wanna get married? I mean you have reached the age for marriage" he said
"How old are you?" I asked him
"I'm twenty fi-" before he could say anything
"This ain't about me , it's about you so concentrate" Jin said quickly covering up the topic
"Mom im not ready for drama again and this is some kinda arranged marriage, how can you expect me to love a stranger ? This is irrelevant" I said
"Listen , I never told you anything when you eloped with kwangsun and I always supported even if you went against the rules but now you understand why i stopped you , it's because you didn't listen to me so let me tell you one thing , this marriage will change your life and trust me this time you will obey me" my mom said and I kinda felt guilty and sad at the same time
"You know right your dad would be happy about this?" She said
"B-but" I hesitated
"No buts" my mom said
"Fine , can I atleast see the guy?" I asked
"Uhmm no , this is a blind wedding so you won't be able to know your groom until the wedding day" she said and my eyes opened wide as if it were to pop out
"Mom, this is bullshit" i said
"Wow I've heard about blind dates but a wedding? That's new" Jin said placing his hand on his chin and acted surprised
"M-mom what are you trying to do to me? Just because I disobeyed you once your gonna do to me like this?" I asked
"Yes , this is for you own good and you know right the royal rule?" My mom said
"Stupid rule" I said and stood up and stormed out of the cafe angrily
I just went to my home and laid on my couch and rubbed my temples , trying to process whatever was happening
I wished it was just a stupid nightmare
My phone started ringing suddenly and it read kwangsun
Why is he calling me now? , at first I hesitated and hung the call but he kept annoying me so I took the call
"Yubeseyo?" I said reluctantly
"Ahh congratulations" he said
"For?" I asked confused
"For your marriage, I see it was your plan huh? You want to make me jealous but guess what I'm never jea-
Before he could continue i end the call
I'm in no mood to listen to his rants or complains , he started calling me again
"Yes?" I took the call and asked
"You shouldn't hang up on me like that , where was I? Oh yeah , I wanted to say if your trying to make me jealous it's not working cause I'm never jealous and-
I mute the call and kept it hanging while I went to the kitchen to drink some water, I drank water and returned and unmuted it only to hear him again
"So yeah goodluck with that" he said
"Alright bye" I said and hung the call and then threw my head back and laid down in peace until my phone started to ring again
This time I was irritated as hell that I didn't even bother to check the caller list
"Ah yubeseyo I-
Before he could say anything
"CAN YOU PLEASE LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE , I GET IT YOU ARE JEALOUS BUT PLEASE STOP FUCKING CALLING ME EVERY SECOND OR ELSE ILL PERSONALLY COME AND MURDER YOU" I said angrily and hung the call
I decided to keep my phone on silent and go back to sleep
