I tossed and turned in my cold bed, not being able to catch any form of sleep. My mind was running a mild a minute and it was all because of one person.

Toni Topaz.

It's been a while since I last saw her, and I never thought seeing her again would spark such a rush through my body and such a conflict in my mind but the thrill and excitement kinda reminded me of the reason I was so intrigued in her firstly

I slipped on my Victoria Secret lingerie, looking myself in the mirror while I put my red lipstick on and slipping on the coat she had so generously given me from the last time we met. I hopped into my car and made my way to Riverdale. It was a lengthy drive but hell the outcome was so worth it

Met you in the lobby I was just arriving you was checking out, felt you staring at me and immediately I had no doubt.
Drumming my fingers against the steering wheel I let my mind wonder back to when I first met Toni

My nose was buried in my book as I made my way through the library to the checkout. I collided with someone causing my book to fly out of my hands as the same happened to my oncoming collider

"Sorry, I tend to be so into my books I forget I'm actually walking" I apologize getting up
"Totally understandable, I wasn't looking either" a small girl said

She had brown hair, big brown eyes and she wore all black with nice boots. She handed me my book before collecting her own from the ground

"Wait, you're reading Penny Joel's new book?" She asked
"I have no secrets?" We said at the same time
"Jinx!" We said again as we laughed
"Toni" she introduced as she stuck her gloved hand out
"Ray" I smiled back, taking hers into my own

Missed your flight we spent the week together but it's all over now cause we tried to keep it going when we got home but our heads were in the clouds
I had with difficulty convinced Toni to stay another week with me in New York for the Penny Joel book signing as well as Comic-Con. We went skating and everything. We were joint to the hip for that winter vacation, right up until I held her hand to the boarding gates. The airport was surprisingly colder then I had expected, so I shivered

"Here" Toni said handing me the coat off her back
"No, you're going to get cold" I said rubbing my arms in an attempt to warm up
"I promise I won't" she smiled handing it to me, I took it and put it on, immediately inhaling her sweet scent

"When am I going to give it back?" I asked shyly
"Gives you another reason to come see me" Toni smirked

I blushed and looked down, a moment of silence passed between us causing me to look up at Toni who was staring at me already her eyes surprisingly a shade darker with a look I couldn't read.

"Well that's me" she said as the lady called her flight
"Bye" I whispered

Toni looked me in the eye before pulling me into a passionate kiss, lasting longer than a minute. She pulled away and winked, walking into the boarding gates and disappearing

Forever.

I had tried many attempts to get into touch with Toni but all had failed. When I obtained her  address I made plans to drive to Riverdale and when I arrived there I was shocked to know Toni lived in a trailer with her grandfather because she never spoke so much about herself

Her grandfather had told me she had gone to school and like a love sick teen I decided it surprise her there but it was me who was surprised when I pulled up and Toni completely denied me in front of her friends

To make a long story short, she contacted me and explained and apologised and like that I was putty in her hands

Got me now running round looking for your love, kinda makes me wonder.
I fixed my coat before knocking on the door. I stood sexily as I heard a faint "coming" from the side of the door, followed by mumbles. Indeed opened a very much sleepy Toni as she squinted her eyes to look at me and blinked as though to see if I was really there

"Hey" I said huskily
"Ray, what are you doing here at- 3am" Toni said through a yawn
"I came to see you" I smiled "aren't you going to let me in"

Toni stepped aside as I ducked my head and made my way inside

"My grandfather isn't-

I cut Toni off by kissing her roughly, I began to take the coat off sliding it off my body as Toni's hands roamed the lace gracing my body.

"Babe who was-

I looked up to see a pale read haired girl standing in the doorway, she wore a bra and underwear set with some fuzzy socks and her hair was in a mess. I pulled from Toni, grabbing the coat and making a run for my car

Why you playing with me?
I had been driving for a while, not home but somewhere. My phone rang beside me for the millionth time. It was Toni. She was probably calling to sweet talk me back into her pants but I wasn't falling for it. Already irritated of my ringtone I quickly answered it

"What" I said coldly
"Ray listen-
"No actually you listen. I dedicated my winters holiday to you. Thinking about you and everything is all I can do nowadays Toni and what do you do, you discard me like a piece of trash and you expect me not to be hurt?" I asked, tears now running down my face
"I'm sorry Ray" Toni said

I took a deep breath, thinking of how much I was actually hurt

"If only your sorry meant something" I said before hanging up and powering my phone off completely
