"Where your lowlife boyfriend?" Reggie asked me
"Hello Reggie, how are you Reggie, I'm good thanks, now you may proceed to ask your question you rude boy!" You spat rolling your eyes
"I'm not going to repeat myself Y/N" Reggie said getting up in my face
"Find him yourself!" You spat getting up in his face
With that he stormed off with you following him

"So which one of you snakes killed Mingy?" Reggie said walking into the Serpents meeting
"Excuse me Reggie, but we were having a meeting" Jughead said standing up
"Tell me or Y/N gets it" he said pulling me in front of him
"I suggest you let go of her" Jughead said sternly
"I'll let go when you thugs tell me who did it" Reggie said thightening his grip on my arm

I winced and looked for Fangs, he stood there without uttering a word, letting Reggie hurt me. Why wasn't he helping me!?

"Call us thugs one more time" Sweetpea said pulling me out of my thoughts
"Then tell me what I wanna know!" Reggie said once more pulling me to his front "or your little Y/N gets it" he said wrapping his arm around my throat and chocking me
"IT WAS ME!" Fangs said coming forward
Reggie let go of me as I struggled to regain my breath
I looked at Fangs who kept his gaze on the floor
"W-what?" I gasped
"I'm so sorry baby-"
"No Fangs, I'm done, I was the one who didn't judge you when everyone else did... when everyone told me not to cross the boundaries and date a serpent I did it! Regardless of what other people thought I stuck to my gut instinct about you and I was right! Well at least I thought I was... I should have known not to date a no good for nothing southside serpent" I spat and walked out of the silent room

** 2 weeks later **
I was laying in bed just rethinking my life choices, I haven't been to school in 2 weeks and I haven't really kept up with the news cause my phone as been off, I decided to switch it on. As my notifications kept flooding in. I immediately got a call from Jughead

J: Y/N I NEED YOU AT SCHOOL NOW
Y: hey Jug! How you-
J: no time for the sarcasm Y/N! Their planning to kill Fangs because they think he killed Minge!
Y: serves the bitch right for fucking another girl!
J: please he needs you!
Y: okay fine

I got my jacket and ran to school, fighting my way through the angry Northsiders to get to the door

T: Y/N!
Y: Topaz! I'm here what's up
F: I don't wanna die!
J: Hey! What's the first rule of the serpent
T: Never leave another serpent!
S: now let's blow the popcicle stand

We quickly huddled around Fangs fighting our way through the angry crowd. As we neared the end we heard a bang as we all ducked we noticed Fangs hadn't

He looked down and touched the quickly growing blood stain on his shirt as he went limp

"Fangs!" I cried
"Y/N, I want you to know I am so sorry" he said faintly
"Somebody get help!" Jug scram
"Come on buddy you can stay with us" Sweets said to his fading friend

We all noticed him close his eyes

"No no no no" sweets said frantically
"I forgive you Fangs" I whispered as he gave me one last smile before going cold

He died in my arms
