The sun shone into the dimly lit room making you groan. Last night you had come home from a late shift and to say you were still tired was an understatement. You were lucky you didn't have to come in today or else you'd be a walking zombie

You turned in the bed to cuddle into Fangs only to be met with the cold sheet on his side of the bed making your eyebrows furrow in confusion. Coming to the conclusion that maybe he'd left you decided to do the bed and clean yourself up. Once done you made your way to the kitchen where surely enough there was Fangs, slaving over the stove to make you pancakes.

You smiled at the sight, wrapping your arms around his bare torso, he stiffened in surprise but melted into your embrace once he realised who it was. You laid a kiss to his shoulder blade making him giggle like a school girl before turning around to face you

"Y'know you can go back to bed" he said
"I know but what's sleeping in if you're not there" you smiled
"True, but I was going to bring you breakfast in bed" he qupped
"After what? Burning the last packet of bacon in the house?" You asked
"Wha-what I didn't burn-
"I can see the packets in the bin" you said grabbing a piece off the plate
"Those arn't-
"I appreciate the effort baby. But next time leave it to me okay" you smiled giving him a kiss on the cheek
