Grabbing your boots you slowly made your way through the hallway and to the living room, being careful not to wake your grandfather and sister up. Before you could touch the door handle the lights flicked on making you freeze in your step

"And where do you think you're going all dolled up?" Your sister asked
"Whrym" you said simply
"How come I didn't get the invite" Toni asked
"Dunno" you shrugged
"Why are your boots off?" She asked
"So I wouldn't make a noise"
"So you're sneaking out"
"Only because I know you and grandpa value your sleep"

Your sister eyed you, looking at your body language

"You're lying" she blurted
"No" you said sharply "look T, I'm not just friends with you friends okay. I have other serpent friends" you said slipping your boots on
"Lies"
"I'll be back before 11pm. Promise" you said ignoring her statement

Before Toni could protest you made your way out and onto your bike. Zooming off to the lake before she could come out. You parked your bike before heading to the bank where you sat down

"Coast is clear" you said loudly
"Thank god" Fangs said coming to sit next to you "my leg was falling asleep"

You giggled at him before snuggling into his chest

"Toni didn't give you any hastle?" He asked
"She did, She actually caught me" you admitted
"And?" He asked worriedly
"I sorted her out. I just have to be home by 11" you shrugged
"Oh, well that's plenty of time" Fangs smirked connecting your lips
