PoV: Sonic

"D-don't you want breakfast?" I asked.

"My breakfast is you," Rouge kissed me. She had me pinned down in my own bed, I hadbt even gotten my morning cleaning done yet, "You're best breakfast there is."

"Aa!" She was kissing my stomach, "R-Rouge!"

"You're so soft~" she started pulling off my clothes.

"Rouge please, I need to started cleaning," I tired pushing away, it wasn't working.

"Shh~" she kissed me again, "Let me show my boyfriend a good time."

"I can't," I stood up as he grip loosened, "I'm sorry but... I'm not-"

"It's Shadow right?" She cut me off, "I saw you kissing before I came to bed. Just give me a chance before you decide."

"I'm sorry you say that," I sat back down, "I didn't know how you'd react."

"To be honesty it was a turn on to your face all red with blush like that. Should I call Shadow up here for I nice breakfast of you for two?" She grabbed.

"I- uh I..." I didn't know how to answer.

"Since you know how about hands off off my boyfriend."

"Ee!" I panicked, Shadow caught us.

"He's mine too. Take your turn later," Rouge pulled me against her chest.

"I'm not sharing," Shadow grabbed me and lifted me out of her grip.

"What if Sonic wants to share?" She asked.

"I'll share, if its what Sonic wants. If not, you can go find your own boyfriend," Shadow tossed me over his shoulder.

What's happening?

I tapped Shadow's shoulder to try and signal him to put me down. He put me down and I noticed a glow from under my bed. A second chaos emerald. But where?

"Hey Rouge," I started, "You didn't bring anything back from your mission did you?"

"No, why?" She asked.

"I was just curious," I looked back, the glowing stopped, a false alarm, that's good.

"Sonic, you okay?" Rouge was suddenly really close to my face.

"You zoned out," Shadow pulled me out of Rouge's arms.

"Sorry, I'm just gonna go clean," I left and started cleaning, "I wonder if all seven are out there."

"Seven what?"

"Nothing!" I dropped the glass.

"You okay?" Rouge picked me up and way from the glass. It had cut my finger but I was fine otherwise.

"It's just a scratch," I said, "I think I'm gonna go visit a friend," I got down.

"We're going with you. You've been clumsy, we don't need you getting hurt," Shadow put a bandaid on my finger.

"I really don't think-"

"You know we can just follow you," Rouge stated.

"Alright, we'll leave after breakfast," I cleaned up the broken glass and started cooking.

After breakfast I changed into some casual clothing, grabbed the Emerald and hid it in my bag, and started leaving. They followed me all the way to Tails's house.

"Sonic, it's been a while," Tails hugged me.

"It good to see you, Tails this is Rouge and Shadow," I introduced him, "my roommates."

"Nice to meet you," Tails greated them.

"You're so adorable," Rouge said.

"Greetings," Shadow shook his hand.

"I'm sorry buddy. I really need to ask you a favor," I got his attention.

"Anything you need," he picked up his wrench.

Made Shadow and Rouge swear to secrecy before Tails took us to his lab. I pulled out the chaos emerald and handed it to Tails.

"I need you to see if you can scan for the other six," I asked.

"Sonic, what is that?" Rouge asked.

"It's called a chaos emerald. They hold powers and an insane amount of power. I can not let G.U.N have any of them, and I can not let them fall into the wrong hands," I explained.

"I just hope this doesn't end your retirement," Tails placed the Emerald into a glass canister, "We don't need another Eggman after finally having peace."


PoV: Shadow

Sonic and his friend Tails were talking about things I never heard of. Sonic had know things about villains G.U.N didn't even know. I should be going to him for information not the classifieds.

"Thanks buddy," they hugged and Sonic walked over to us, "I'm sorry this was boring for you guys. We can go home now."

"It wasn't boring at all," I said, "I didn't know you knew so much about crime. Not to mention villains G.U.N doesn't even have stats on."

"Yeah you can't tell them about that," he said.

"I won't tell," I promised.

"Sonic, this won't put you in danger will it?" Rouge asked him.

"No, the only one obsessed with the Emeralds was Eggman. No other villains really care for them or know of their existence. I plan to keep it that way. So I can not have G.U.N use them as a weapon," he answered.

"Come here," I pulled him over as we walked home.

"Lets go out to eat lunch," Rouge suggested.

"Yeah," he gripped my hand, "that sounds good."
