37. Memories

Charlotte was very sad with the news. She would have never expected of Nathan to think so ill of his father. Then again, rumors were rumors and it would be for the better to actually provide proof.

Therefore, she had given her permission to Severus to share all memories, without saying anything to Nathan herself. She knew that her son was feeling sad and she didn't mind sharing intimate moments if the truth would be able to restore her son's happiness.

Severus chose to arrange a stay for both of them in the hotel in Monteriggioni, so they would be completely alone. He had brought a small pensieve with him too.

- Well, before we start, I want to tell you the rules, Severus said and he was dead serious.

- Of course, Dad, Nathan replied.

- You say nothing. You don't judge and you don't reveal any details to any one.

- I am willing to take the Unbreakable Vow if you wish.

- You are underage, therefore ineligible. But I have complete trust in you.

Nathan smiled.

They entered the Pensieve, where Severus had put his very first memory.

Nathan was in the staff table of Hogwarts , next to his father and his Dad of course.

The Sorting Ceremony would begin momentarily.

< Welcome!, Dumbledore's voice echoed. Life continues. We need to go on. This year we will accept new students not only in their first year, but also in their repetitive years and new students from Durmstrung.

Nathan's gaze fell on the students who waited to be select.

It was an easy task to identify his own mother between the crowd. She was the most beautiful, of course.

And they had the exact same eyes, although his mother's seemed more happy.

As soon as she sat on the chair and the sorting hat was placed upon her lovely head, he noticed the students whispering how beautiful she was. Even Professor Mc. Gonagal stated that she was the most beautiful student to have ever passed from Hogwarts. His eyes went back to his mother's facial features. Breathtaking beauty. He had never realized it before. How beautiful she was. She was elegant and sensual. Unbeatable combination.

- Slytherin! the Hat said.

The Slytherins started to cheer from excitement. His Mom stood up and met her classmates.

Draco's mouth was gaping from the beauty that was standing in front of him.

The scenery clouded and changed.

Nathan was now at his father's office.

His Mom was sitting in front of his father's desk for her interview as a new student.

His eyes fell on his father's face. He was quite emotionless, but his eyes covered the panic of having to talk to such a beautiful woman. It was obvious that he was trying really hard to see her only as a student.

He turned to his Dad and commented " You didn't see her as a student. You are struggling with your thoughts here!" Severus nodded and replied " As you can see, she was extremely beautiful. I didn't have any thoughts, as you might falsely interpret here.

Nathan saw his mother standing up, greeting his father politely and closing the door behind her as she left. >

Both Severus and Nathan withdrew from the memory.
