Here it is ladies and lads. The final chapter. I'll post the epilogue soon.Lylah
Graduation
The one thing that had all of us on our toes.
Blair was fumbling around with the flat iron, Chelsea was panicking over her lost glasses, Aizan was screaming at Blair to get ready, and Jin was fussing over Jungkook's robe. The rest of the gang were already at the school.
Finally, after a chaotic 2 hours of people running over each other, yelling, screaming and laughing, we got to the school, ready to graduate.
The ceremony took a while but by the end of it, everyone sported a shit eating grin on their faces. Laughing, joking and hugging, we made our way to our cars to go to the graduation party, organized by none other than Lindsay.
Lindsay, had surprisingly not been a bitch to us for the rest of the semester. In fact, she was actually civil. So much so that, occasionally she'd hold a conversation with me and Blair or sit with us at lunch. It was super weird at first but the occasional pop in at lunch became normal. Turns out, when you take the broken hearted bitch and bring in the cold hearted sarcastic bitch, she becomes more likable. The boys hated her at first, but even they started cracking jokes at her or teasing her as time went by. Someone in particular, more so than his friends.
As we reached our cars, I glimpsed a sight of the bright blue hair, I was once so proud of coloring, by Jin's car.
After our break up, Jimin and I didn't see each other for weeks. When we were finally able to look at each other without wanting to run into their arms, we tried to be friends. And well, it did work. Except sometimes it got too hard and some nights I'd lament myself for ever letting him go. But in the end, we knew what we did was for the best and we could put our drama aside for the sake of our friends.
We weren't as close as before though. In fact, we were friends but we didn't hang out. We'd only interact if it were some must attend group thing or in case of an emergency. Other than that, our communication was limited. And I was fine with that. It helped me pretend all was okay.
Our break up didn't affect the whole gang as much. Somehow, the guys found a way to spend time with him and still spend time with me. I will forever be grateful for them.
I looked over at him to see him already staring at me with his coffee eyes that I once loved gazing into. For a moment, I think about going over and saying hi. But my heart constricted at the thought of being so close, yet so far from him. So I settled for a smile and my smile widened when he smiled back.
I walked to my car and drove off with my best friends singing along to Serendipity.

Few months later
"Ready for the rest of the world?" Blair grinned at me as she settled herself down on the bed.
"College? Psssh. How hard can it be?" Chelsea mused from behind me.
"Yeah we survived high school. We can survive anything now." I chuckled.
"I'm still not over the fact that we're all separating." Blair whined as she pouted.
"Well, technically, you and I arent. And Chels is only gonna be a few hours away." I told her.
"Yeah but like everyone else. Even Aizan is going off to Oxford." Blair sulked. "Our lil boi really is smart"
I let out a laugh before turning to Chelsea, curiously. "What happens to you guys?"
Chelsea looked up from painting her nails to give me a shrug. "We kinda called it quits a few weeks ago. Figured we'd be better off as friends. Plus he's going to a whole different continent."
"Oh Chelsea, that's too bad." Blair murmured.
"Oh don't worry. It was a mutual thing. There just wasn't any spark ya know?" She reassured.
"Well, at least one of us is gonna be with her boy." I looked at Blair with a smirk and she promptly blushed.
"Gosh, I'm so happy he's only gonna be 3 hours away. I was so scared of what would happen to us in college." She grinned at us.
"Yeah well, him, Namjoon and Hobi will probably always be around us. I still can't believe they got in the same uni." Chelsea muttered in disbelief.
I snorted a laugh at comment. "You mean you can't believe Hobi got in." I hinted at our friend who can sometimes be so dumb.
"Yeah yeah. I can't wait for Jungkook to join us as well. Poor thing still has to suffer through high school." Chelsea laughed.
"At least Jin will be there to keep him company." Blair joined in. "I cannot for the life of me, comprehend why he would stick to the higher studies at that school."
I shook my head at her comment before laughing at Chelsea who spilled nail polish on her foot. Blair joined my laughter and threw a pillow at Chelsea. Soon enough, a pillow fight ensued and we were breathless from all the laughter.
The best way to start the new chapter in our lives. With laughter and smiles.
