Lylah
I waited outside my dorm, dressed up in my red bodycon dress and a jacket slung over it. Jimin was coming to pick me up for our date and as cheesy as it sounds, my heart skipped a beat at the thought of him.
Gaah this boy would send me to an early grave.
The familiar car slowed to a stop infront of me and I didnt wait before I got in.
His eyes were already on me and they darkened as they travelled down my body.
My body heated up under his intense gaze and I cleared my throat to cut the tension. "So, we heading to Rafell?" I asked about the famous, fancy restaurant.
"Yeah." He answered as we drove away, his left hand coming to hold mine. Our ride was filled with comfortable silence as we both basked in just being in each others presence. That's the way it was with me and Jimin. We never bad those awkward, uncomfortable moments. Everything between us was real and natural.
We pulled up to the restaurant and he stepped out first to come around to open the door for me. I rolled my eyes at his chivalrous act. I can open a door on my own. We were led to our table and soon enough had ordered our dinner. Jimin looked at me, peering ovsr his glass of wine.
I noticed his not so subtle gazing and finally asked. "What? Do I have something on my face?"
"Yeah. Beauty." He answered with a straight face.
I couldn't help but burst out laughing. "That was so horrible." I giggled as he joined in on my laughter.
He grinned at me before turning more serious. "You look beautiful, Ly."
I was caught off guard by the look in his eyes. The corners of his lips, tugging up, into the faintest of smile. His eyes lit up with an emotion I didnt notice in them before and awe, and happiness swirled with it.
He looked at me, like hed never done before. I'd seen him look at me in a lot of ways. Id seen him look at me with wonder, when I'd be studying with him. Like I was an alien, from outer space who actually understood Physics. I'd seen him look at me with anger, whenever I pranked him. I'd seen him look at me with awe, when I'd dress up for him. I'd seen him look at me like I was the best person in the world when I bought him a ham burger after he caught the flu. I'd seen him look at me like he wanted to rip all my clothes off and take me away ti the nearest empty room. I'd seem him look at me with amusement and concern whenever I'd make a mess of myself by being clumsy.
But this look, was different. This look spoke volumes and I found myself lost in his chocolate orbs.
Before I could further analyze his gaze, he steered the topic to something else and we got lost in conversation.

(Gonna get a little over pg13 from here)
"Lylah?" He called out as I unlocked my dorm.
"Yeah?" I turned around to be attacked by his lips. My hands automatically wound around his neck and his, tangled in my hair. Our lips moved together in a frantic battle of passion and he pulled me by the waist, pressing his body into me. I moaned against his mouth at the sensation that went through my body and he moved his lips to my neck.
My body heated up as I tugged at his hair when he left scorching hot kisses on my neck and his lips travelled downwards, to my exposed collarbone. He peppered kisses there before claiming my mouth again and pushing me further against the door.
The door, opened against my weight and I stumbled back with a gasp. Jimins eyes widened before he reached out to grab my hand before I fell backwards.
We stared at each other in silence before the hilarity of the situation had us bending over, laughing. Way to ruin the moment Lylah.
I wiped the tears away from the corner of my eyes when we finally stopped. Jimin chuckled some more before leaning forward and wrapping his arms around me. He was at the perfect height, where he could place his chin on my head without bending down much.
We held each other, unwilling to let the moment end. Finally, he drew away after kissing my temple. Whispering good night, we turned away. I closed the door behind me, well aware of my thudding heart and soft grin that seemed to be a permanent feature around Jimin.
I walked into the kitchen, heading towards the refrigerator. My eyes landed on a sticky note pasted on it. The curvy, elegant handwriting was certainly not my best friends. Hers, resembled chicken scratch.
I picked it off the door and let NY eyes skim over it. It was from my mother. Apologizing for barging in with Lyle and springing it on me so suddenly. And then it said that she wanted me to give Lyle a chance and meet with him for lunch so I just crumpled the note and threw it in the bin.
Honestly, didnt she remember how much I hated Lyle and his sister? Who, by the way, I dont even recall the face of but I remembered enough to know she was satan reincarnated. She and her brother had made me suffer through so much misery in my childhood.
Sighing, I poured myself a glass of cold water and searched for some aspirin to relieve me from the sudden attack of my head ache.
After downing the medicine with the water, I trudged into bed, ready to sleep my whole life away.
It was only when I lay awake, restless, in my bed that night, did I realise. The look in Jimin's eyes, wasn't plain adoration.
It was love.
