Lylah
The rest of the week flew by without trouble. Sometimes, I'd bump into Lindsay in between classes (thank god, I didn't share any classes with her) and she'd glare at me like I killed her cat. But other than that, everything was great.
Jimin and I hung out together a lot. We'd go to the diner for lunch and drive to the park at evenings or walk along the beach. It's like, we never ran out of things to talk about. And even when we were silent, it was the comfortable kind. Not the awkward, don't-know-what-to-say- kind.

Flashback
-
"I can't believe that!" I laughed.
"Well, believe it. I went through torture." Jimin shrugged.
The sky had darkened and the sun was long gone, replaced by the stars. I didn't even realize.
We'd come out to the small lake behind the park as we usually did. Sitting under the big, old, oak tree, we spoke of things both irrelevant and unforgettable. It seemed that time flew by when we were together.
"Hahahah oh my god. I already love your family!" I sputtered our through laughter. "Your little cousin actually made you do that? Wow! I would kill to see you wearing pink make up and a princess dress!" I giggled as I sat up and leaned back against the tree we were sitting under.
"The little devil knew she had me wrapped around her finger. She thoroughly took advantage of that." He rolled his eyes, smiling.
Thunder rumbled and the wind picked up around us but we didn't notice.
"I have so much respect for this little girl right now." I grinned widely at him. Jimin simply shook his head as he laid back down on my lap.
We fell into a comfortable silence.
My fingers threaded through his silky locks as I hummed under my breath, lost in my thoughts. Jimin closed his eyes and kept quiet.
The sky roared again and this time I looked up. The stars were hidden by a blanket of clouds and the moon was peeking in between them. A drop of rain fell on my face and I reached up to wipe it off. Before I knew it, a thousand more followed and we were almost soaked to the bone.
"Jimin-ah let's go!" I scrambled to get up, shielding my face with my hands. Jimin stood up, leisurely. His blue hair, matted against his forehead, making his pale skin stand out. He still took my breath away.
While on the other hand, I looked like a drowned rat.
"Come on!" I grabbed his hand and pulled forward when he didn't move from the spot where he was gazing at the sky.
"Isn't it beautiful?" He asked, not budging, despite my efforts.
"What?" I asked.
Lightening streaked across the angry skies and the wind made the trees dance to its own melody.
"How such a dark and angry sky can hold something as beautiful as the lucent moon? How just a few clouds can hide the glorious stars strewn across the sky?" He murmured in a wistful tone and I had to strain my ears to hear him against the pelting rain.
Looking up at the half hidden moon, that he was looking at, I found myself enthralled by it.
He was right. It was beautiful.
We both stood there, under the big oak tree, staring at the raging sky. The rain came down like ice cold bullets against our skin and neither of us moved.
