This is mostly fluff so it's alright to skip

I gently poured water over his head,"So what are we doing for Katsuo's birthday?" I asked Emiko.

"Katsuo-nii is here?" Aki asked,"Where is he?"

"The boy that was with us." Emiko answered.

"Uhhhhh. Oh! That funny looking kid?"

"Funny looking?" I asked.

"Yeah, you could see his bones." 

"Yep, that's Katsuo..." He needs to gain weight. 

"If that boy is Katsuo-nii, who are you?"

"I'm Shounou, Katsuo's friend."

"Were you the person he was with when he was gone?"

"Yeah."

"Ohh. Well I'm happy he's back home now! I was getting bored having to hear the same stories about him and Jun-nii and Isamu-nii, huh Akio!"

"...They weren't boring."

"Don't lie. I saw you rubbing your eyes when Auntie was telling the story."

"That's because she always tells them before bed." he blushed.

"....Anyway's what are we doing for Katuo's birthday?"

"It's Katsuo-nii's birthday?" Aki asked.

"Well kinda. We missed two of his birthdays so we are going to have a big party to make up for it." I answered.

"Oooooo! Are we going to have cake?"

"Yup!" Emiko smiled,"I made a huge cake and put it in your fridge. Don't tell Katsuo or anyone else though. It's a surprise!"

"Katsuo-nii is going to be so surprised when you take out the cake! What flavor is it?"

When the kids were done with their bath we took them out of the tub and dried them off. I ruffled Aki's hair with the towel so that it was sticking up all over. She laughed and Emiko rolled her eyes. We helped them change and brushed their hair. I made Aki's hair into two braids, tying pink ribbons at the ends.

"Ooo! Akio, look at my ribbons! Ah! You should have a ribbon too!" I tied a pink ribbon on the side of his head,"Yay! Now we match!" We all walked back into the living room. Isamu and Katsu were sitting on the couch laughing,"Look! Look! Me and Akio match!"

"Wow. You're ribbons are pretty." Isamu smiled.

"Where's Jun?" Emiko asked.

"He went to bed."

Emiko sighed,"Why is it that when he babysits with you he becomes as tired as an old man?"

"He's always sitting reading a book. It's unnatural for him to be running around with two kids."

"Want me to go get him?" I offered.

"Oh you don't have to, it's pretty difficult to wake him." she ruffled my head and smiled.

I smirked,"How difficult?"

"Up to a challenge, huh? The guest room is at the very end of the hall on the left."

I slammed the door open. Jun didn't even shift,"She wasn't joking." I shook him, jumped on the bed, shook him again. Why did I agree to this. I'm horrible at waking people. I'm too kind to be brutal with them...Hmmm. I wonder if he can hear things in his sleep. I moved close to his ear and whispered,"I have the novel you wanted."
