Poem #18 : Labyrinth

98 14 15

So confused, clueless and dazed

Yet intrigued, enthralled and amazed.

Wandering in this familiar labyrinth

Trying to find some answers, some hint.

The nihilists tell me 'Just live and die.'

And I keep badgering them with 'What, When and Why?'

I feel like I am blindfolded,

Living the life which is already molded.

I distinguish day and night

Only by the feel of the sunlight.

I stroll in this maze.

It doesn't matter if I get lost in the haze.

I will still be here,

If not, then there.

But never out.

And forever in doubt.

I march blindfolded in the dark.

I know this place, every corner every arc.

Yet I do not know the way to the exit

I sometimes I think maybe I don't want to find it.

Maybe I am too familiar with this place

So I don't want to displace.

A new, unexplored and unknown land awaits

I know when I'm ready, I'll find and cross the gates.

But until then,

I will march blindfolded in the dark.

In this place, where I know every corner every arc.

In this place, where I know every corner every arc

me express my confusion...

I can't find answers but at least

it helped me ask the right questions...
