8 Days Later
Sydney POV
"Why you take so long?" I asked as Nya came in the house.
"Girl I ain't never shopped for baby wipes." She said coming over to the couch.
Me and Nisha laughed.
"Anyways, you still messing with Cash?" Nya asked me picking up Nia.
"Yea what's up with y'all?" Nisha asked.
"Well the day I came home he was tryna be all lovey dovey but I was like I heard what you said and you not finna be talking about him why he down. So he left and I haven't heard from him since." I said shrugging my shoulders.
"He be coming over my house when King come over." Nisha said.
"I'm over it tho, I got the best man ever." I said smiling.
"Speaking of him, when y'all going up there?" Nya asked.
"Tomorrow!" I said getting excited.
"By yourself." She asked me.
"Naw Nisha going with me to help with the babies." I said.
"What if he look like Rick Ross?" Nisha asked me.
"I don't think it's possible to get that big off of baloney sandwiches." Nya said with a confused look.
"No fool like what if he grew a beard." Nisha said.
"Ohhhh." Me and Nya said laughing.
"I swear y'all dumb." She said getting up going upstairs.
Gia started to wake up so I grabbed her.
"Aww they gone see they daddy for the first time." Nya said.
"Yea." I said.
"That's nice for Derek to be there for them." She said tearing up.
"Nya it's okay." I said rubbing her back.
I knew exactly why she was crying. She was thinking about Naz. I guess I'll tell the girls that when they a little older. She wiped her tears and put Nia in her bouncer.
"Well I'm about to leave." She said standing up.
"Alright see you later." I said standing up.
She went out the door and I grabbed the twins. I took em upstairs and went in my room. Nisha was knocked out and I put them in their cribs. They went to sleep and I crawled into bed. I grabbed my phone and called Michelle.
Me: Hello
Michelle: Hey
Me: Kyle sleep?
Michelle: Naw they right here watching a movie hold on.
Kyle: Hello
Me: Hi baby
Kyle: Hi mommy, what the babies doing?
Me: Sleep like you should be.
Kyle: Mommy we gotta finish the movie.
Me: Well make sure you go to sleep and early in the morning I gotta pick you up so we can go see daddy.
Kyle: Okay love you.
Me: Love you too
Kyle: Bye bye
I hung up and plugged my phone up. I rolled over and fell asleep.
