Author's note: let's see where this goes, I've also edited all the previous chapters, so hopefully the grammar is better for all of you.

I pace around the small white room as I think about what I need to do to get me and Chronea back to the Ark. Do you think that they will start downloading soon? Allen was still in the Asian Branch so they should currently be at the old Ark mansion. The Noah were probably working on creating the download link for the Akuma Factory at that time. That would make the most sense. I stop pacing and take a deep breath. Wait, were? At the moment we are moving at a faster rate than the standard dimension. For all we know, they could already be in Edo fighting. I start pacing quickly again. Why didn't you tell me that before, we have to go now! I want to go to the Millenium Earl. I want to be right where he is. Adam...wait, I could-  Before Chronea could finish, I  already had walked a couple of steps and grabbed the doorknob. I throw the door open to be greeted by two bodies. I was squashed like a sandwich between the Millenium Earl and Allen Walker with Innocence and sword clashing right in front of my eyes. They look incredibly startled and jump away leaving me in the middle of them. I hear off to the right Tyki shout my name but quickly interrupted by Kanda slicing his sword down onto Tyki's dark matter weapons. Road spots me after hearing Tyki shout my name and her jaw drops.

"Man, I have perfect timing don't I?" I state as I dust off my skirt. I look to see the Millenium Earl with his mouth agape while Allen looks concerned. "To be able to predict how I'd end up here when I don't even want to fight is pretty weird."

"_____? You need to get out of here; the Millenium Earl might hurt you." Allen warns me and tries to stand in front of me protectively. I quickly move to the side and pat his shoulder.

"He won't hurt me, besides I came here to talk to him anyways." Allen looked shocked and slightly paled. "Don't worry I'm not here to tell secrets about the future. I'm here to unveil the past." I give him a slight smile while walking over to the Earl. The Earl gives me a curious glance as I trot over to him. I lean over to whisper in his ear. "This is very important that we talk. Can we stop the fighting for now and resume it later?" His eyes widen, but he reluctantly pulls back everyone. He grabs me around the waist and lifts us into the air with his umbrella. I wave to Allen as we go.

"You're lucky I was planning on retreating anyway, but you are right, we need to talk. You just ran out on us and disappeared off the face of the world. Tyki and the others were extremely worried." He pauses for a brief moment. "I was also worried." Just as we landed atop the tower, I get dogpiled by the Noah excluding Skinn and Lulu Bell who stood off a little way with smiles on their faces. I chuckle a little upon impact but return the hugs.

"We thought you were dead, ____," Devit whined, and Jasdero nodded.

"Hii!" Jasdero squeals while squeezing me more tightly. I tapped their shoulder let them know I couldn't breathe.

"I had no one to play with other than Lero, ____; it was so boring!" Road mumbled and shoved her head down into the dogpile. I ruffle her hair lightly with my free hand. They actually care about me... They don't even know about Chronea and yet they still see me as one of their own. Can they sense her presence? Whatever the case is, I can't be mad at them. I have to explain why I ran away. Tyki had a somewhat hurt expression as he released you from his hug.

"Why did you run? Where did you go? I thought you trusted me, I mean, us." everyone then releases me from the mass hug and I could finally take a deep breath. I look up, guilt lacing my eyes as I realized how bad I made them worry. I guess this is a better time to explain everything. I hope they will understand and accept me and Chronea as we are.

"First and foremost, I'm sorry. I ran away because I knew this fight was going to happen. I knew that Tyki had tried to kill Allen and that was too much for me to handle and I couldn't bear to watch what I knew would happen next. I don't want humanity to end, I just want us to be a big happy family again." At this point I let Chronea take over to speak her mind. My skin shifts from my natural tone to a grey. A Stigmata that looked like an X covered my forehead. Most of the Noah take a step back in astonishment, but the Millennium Earl's eyes gloss over slightly.

"I missed you guys so much yet I hate seeing you hurt and kill innocent humans. I can't take it. I want us to just be a happy family with no one harming anyone else. If we wipe out humanity, what will be left of us? We are humans are we not? Will we have to end ourselves as well? How could we get rid of the one thing that makes me love you all; my humanity. I forgave them long ago and I wish you would too." Chronea starts to give me back control. "Despite this, I did not come back here to lecture to you all; I finally found the truth about how I got here and why I believe I am here." I finish and look up to see sympathetic, shocked, and confused faces. This is going to be a while. Let's hope that they will remember. The Earl steps forward hesitantly with tears trailing down his cheeks.

"It can't be you, not after all this time...Chronea my sweet daughter...I thought I lost you."
