Author's Note: Sorry this took a little longer, my boyfriend is in town so I've been a little busy. Hope you enjoy!

I try to listen in on Tyki but only struggle in vain. I'm too far away to hear. Even though I am keeping Tyki and the Exorcists at a distance, I still feel like someone is watching me. I flash my eyes over the surrounding area in front of me but no one is there. That's odd. I can feel it too ____. Out of nowhere, I am hoisted up by my collar of my shirt and I let out a yelp.

"Hey, who is this, Tyki Mikk?" A gruff voice shouts. I glance up to find a stoic Kanda holding me up and dangling me out of my hiding place for all to see. Oh great. Tyki stares dumbfounded and slightly ticked but quickly collects himself as the other exorcists peak out from behind him.

"_____?" I hear a confused Allen chime in from behind Tyki. Kanda glances at me and I shrug my shoulders and wave at Allen. Tyki looks slightly miffed that I am chummy with Allen but shortly composes himself. He clears his throat and takes a couple of steps forward to speak but is quickly interrupted.

"STRIKE!" Lavi shouts from behind the group. Tyki and Allen subsequentially hit him over the head. I'd probably laugh out loud if I wasn't in such a tight situation. Tyki and Allen are glaring at Lavi but they quickly redirect to me and Kanda as I begin to wheeze.

"It would be wise if you put her down. As the Earl told you, we don't want to hurt the humans any longer. We only want your Innocence." Kanda dangles me higher above the ground so my collar begins to put more pressure on my airways, making it even harder for me to breath.

"I don't care about that, she is an accomplice of yours, making her a threat to us. How do we know that isn't some elaborate lie to give us a false sense of security." He looks down at me and I begin to gasp for air. "She looks human, but so did you moments ago. And I'm not gonna take the risk." He takes more of the fabric in his hands, subsequently tightening the collar fully around my neck.

"Kanda put her down this instant!" Allen bristles from behind Tyki. Lenalee, Lavi, Krory, and Chaoji look quite concerned as well.

"Kanda we don't know who or what she is, you can't just go around killing people!" Lenalee shouts even when she can barely struggle to stand. I really missed these guys. They are such caring people. Much more than the Noah. I don't think so, just a different way. Ugh...it is getting harder to think. Stay awake ____! I can't take over to help you! You need to let me do so! It's ok, I'll be fine...Kanda won't kill me... I start to feel dizzy just as I see Tyki stand in front of me. I hadn't realized he had moved. Bloodlust is radiating off of him and it is surprisingly different from the normal bloodlust he usually emanated.

"She is the entire reason the Noah are willing to be peaceful so I'd suggest you release her; unless you want us to mercilessly destroy you and all of humanity." Tyki quickly grabs Kanda's wrist and squeezes it harshly, releasing me from Kanda's grip and I fall to my knees. I bend forward and I cough as I begin to recover. Allen runs over to where I am currently gasping for air. Good lord, I know Kanda was cut-throat at some points but that seemed harsh, even for him. Tyki bends down to me and puts a hand on my shoulder and squeezes reassuringly and Allen crouches down next to me.

"Are you alright? Did he hurt you?" I look up at him and give a small smile to ease his worrying. Allen then places a hand on my other shoulder.

"He went too far, are you okay ____?" I turn my head and flash the same smile as I had to Tyki. I had an idea brewing, and it wasn't a bright one either. I know I have to be persistent just like Allen has to, to get through to Kanda. I turn my head back to Tyki.
