Chapter 7: Stalking

"Kagura-chan! Two orders of Miso soup, extra large! " Takeru spoke and I nodded.

It's been a lot of work for me, I was the only one who's working a lot in the kitchen. Only one chef, baker, critic and employee, this is going to be really hard for me!

There was no time to complain so I just continued on with my work when I heard a familiar voice outside. I took a peek from the window and saw Haya-kun!

I blushed after remembering the event yesterday where he was reassuring me but he was hers with the same girl, that girl who would shoot my glares here and there.

"Uhhmmm... Curry and green tea please, the same for her too. " he said and pointed towards the girl beside him. He was treating her or are they... Dating?

I frowned and was about to go back to my sad and lonely life when Haya-kun caught me with his glance, waving his hands rapidly, acknowledging my existence.

I smiled and waved back then was taken away from my trance by the sound of a whistle. Oh boy...

"No, no, no... It's going to burn up! " I exclaimed and took the pot from the stove and quickly took a couple of big bowls and poured the miso soup on them.

"Two currys and grean teas, Kagura-chan. Sorry for the rush though, gotta go! " Takeru said.

"It's a-alright. " I replied and then got back to work, this is really tiring and the tension from earlier is really killing me.

Meeting with Harith's master was a challenge and I'm so lucky that I even got his name right! Not to mention that I just came up with those lies in such a short period of time, I feel so horrible!

"But..." I looked at my umbrella, tracing the yin and yang illustration with my eyes.
"W-why did it actually reject Alu-sama like that? W-what if my predictions were right? W-what if my lies w-were true? " I talked to myself and I turned as pale as snow.

"N-no, that can't be r-right. " I said and prepared the curry, this is nerve wrecking.

My shift was finished and I decided on stalking Haya-kun. Yes, I know that stalking is really creepy and that it is somehow considered as bullying but I can't stop it, I'm so obsessed!

Oh, kami! Please help me from my ugly fate!

I was following Haya-kun when I tilted my gaze and found another guy wearing an ebony cloak, looking really suspicious and sneaky.

I locked my eye on him and he seems to notice me too, he tsked and teleported somewhere else. What's wrong with that guy? Was he planning something really bad? Why was he so sneaky?

I shrugged the thought off and followed Haya-kun again, I held my umbrella tightly on my hands but the feeling of anxiety won't leave me behind.

Sometimes, I'd even look back just to make sure that I'm safe, sighs of relief would then leave my lips but anxiousness was still there, oh dear.

"Hanabi! Where have you been? I've been looking everywhere for you! " Haya-kun exclaimed while running towards the black-haired girl, holding a pair of chakrams in her hands, smiling.

"Just got myself through some frigging fight. I had a campaign on classic earlier and It'd be great to have something to eat or drink. Wow, I'm beaten up! " she stretched and Hayabusa-kun just laughed.

They went towards an alley, hand in hand only to find them walking towards a restaurant. I'm not going to have a chance on him this way.

"Tsk... " An unknown voice clicked his or her tongue and I looked up at the figure.
