[Kagura's POV]

"So you're confirming it?! This is really great!" I heard Harith's voice chiming just downstairs.

My eyes opened a little and listened more to their conversation, tugging on my blanket tighter now, I gently touched the bump next to me just to find pillows and with that my vision became wider.

"So it'll be like permanent?! Yeah, free food!" Kimmy-chan's jolly voice made itself mixed up in the atmosphere.

I didn't think that they would wake up earlier than me in such a way, what are they talking about?

Only one way to find out.

I slowly got myself out from my bed and walked downstairs, not wanting to make a sound of interruption.

There in the kitchen, I saw Kimmy sitting on the chair near the counter, Akai standing beside Harith, the Leonin having his hands slammed on the table with a wide grin on his face and the demon hunter keeping his cold and emotionless gaze at them.

I walked closer to the group when my left foot just made a cracking noise. Lifting up one of my feet, I found one of Akai's shrimp crackers just having itself comfortable against my zori.

Oh dear...

"I know that you're there, witch. " the poisonous voice of Alu-sama made me jump a little, giving shivers down my spine.

"G-gomen, I-I just came down to ch-check if everything is a-alright. P-pardon me. " I stammered and got out of my hiding.

"Kagura, did you just hear the good news?! " Akai yelled and walked towards me with a really happy smile.

"N-no? What i-is it? " I asked him out of curiosity.

"This good ol' pal Alucard of mine just approved our contract well not exactly. I mean he's gonna go and sign it later! " Akai replied happily.

"W-what? "

"Alucard is gonna make us an official team!" Kimmy exclaimed while clasping her hands together in excitement.

"A-alu-sama is going t-to make us a t-team?!" I questioned loudly and they nodded at the same time, except Alu-sama who was looking down with stern eyes.

"Heck yeah! Isn't that great?! Now we're gonna have more fun here! " Harith walked forward while grabbing my sleeves gently, giving me a seat next to him.

Akai sat back to his seat beside Harith but on the other end.

Kimmy across from me.

Alu-sama in front of all of us.

"R-really? That's g-good to know. I-I'm so glad. " a smile crept up to my lips, I was so happy upon hearing it. What made Alu-sama change his mind though well...

That's just a story for another day.

I giggled to myself and they all looked at me.

"Is everything... Alright, Kagura? " Kimmy asked me with a concerned look on her face.

I only nodded with a yes, they gave me a worried and questioning look except for Alu-sama but soon disgarded it.
