"Come on Y/N just let me take you on a date."

Finn had been pestering me on allowing him to take him on a date ever since he had broken up with the most popular girl in school also known as my best friend.

"Finn, again for the 100th time no."

"Fine, make it the 101th time. Go on a date with me."

"Finn, we kissed one time at a party when we were both drunk. It was a mistake."

He moves his position from beside me to in front of me leading to me halting in my spot, rolling my eyes in annoyance.

I look dead straight in the eyes, "move," I say sternly.

"I never stood a chance, did I?" He asks softly.

I bit my inner cheek and my eyes soften, "that's the sad part of it all Finn, you did .. once," I let out a small breathe and move around Finn who was glued to his spot.
