101 - I'm gonna miss you

"Y/N you can't go," he yelled after me as I made my way to the front door, my suitcase rolling behind me.

"I don't have a choice Finn. Everywhere I go they'll find me, I can't put you in danger or our baby."

"We'll figure out together. We promised each other that much."

"I hate this more than you do, I made a promise myself and to my baby that he will grow up loved, safe and protected. I need to steer them away from here, far away and when it's safe I'll come back to you. I promise. Always and forever you and I."

"Mama?" A small voice calls out to me as I turn my head to the hallway and see his small stature, his curly hair disleveled and he was wiping his eyes tiredly.

"Hey baby, why aren't you sleeping?" I asked sweetly, picking him up in my arms.

"Why are you leaving me Mama?" He asked so innocently and so sadly it broke my heart hearing him like that.

"Mama needs to handle something. I'll be gone for a few days but I'll be back," I said in a whisper, rubbin his small back to reassure him.

He pouts and saw his eyes water slightly, "I'm gonna miss you," he then wraps his little arms around me as the sides of my mouth quiver and I break down into a silent sob before hugging him back, nuzzling my head into his shoulder.

"I love you buddy, I always will."

Finn takes him away as he nuzzles his head into his fathers' neck. I caress his hair as Finn strokes the side of my face, "why did it have to be like this?"

"We're the children of families who absolutely loath each other, we expected this now we're just living in the reality of it. I have to be the one to do it since I'm the stronger one out of the two of us."

He breaks out into a low chuckle as I replicate it, "I love you Y/N. Never forget that."
