Several clone troopers along with Ahsoka and Areria finally approached the caves where Storm, Anakin, and Obi-Wan had gone in, which were closed in.

"It looks like someone barricaded the caves." Areria commented.

"They must be trapped inside." Ahsoka added.

Together Areria and Ahsoka used the Force, destroying the rocks, opening the entrance of the cave. Not too long after they destroyed the rocks, Anakin and Obi-Wan both walked out as they coughed up a storm from the poison gas.

"Master!" Ahsoka exclaimed. "Looks like I got here just in time."

Anakin raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean, just in time?"

"You were in very big trouble." Ahsoka pointed out.

"Trouble?" Obi-Wan repeated. "We were simply searching for Count Dooku."

Anakin nodded. "Yeah, we had the situation well under control, my little Padawan."

"I see. So which part of the situation did you have under control: the blocked entrance, the poison gas, the fact Storm is missing, or that Gundark behind you?" Areria retorted.

"Gundark?" Anakin repeated, sounding baffled.

Obi-Wan glanced over at Anakin. "You mean the one that's too far away to worry about?"

At that moment, they turned around to see the Gundark heading towards them. Areria quickly ordered the clone troopers to block the entrance. The clone troopers then fired at the rocks above the cave, blocking the entrance.

"There's still Dooku to deal with." Anakin mentioned.

Ahsoka's eyes widened. "You let him get away?!"

Anakin hesitated. "No, not get away exactly."

Areria crossed her arms. "And what about Storm? Why is she not with you two?"

Ahsoka grew stern. "Yeah, where's Master Storm?"

"Well...I mean..." Anakin said, fumbling over his words before turning to Obi-Wan for help. "Just chime in anytime."

Obi-Wan wore an amused smile. "Oh, no. I'm enjoying this far too much."

Unfortunately Dooku and I were put in the same cell. We were both put in containment fields alongside each other. I glared at him as I tried moving around only to hit the back of the wall with a thud. I groaned. "I can't believe I was captured by pirates, and now I'm stuck in a cell with you!"

Dooku raised an eyebrow. "Am I that unbearable?"

"Yes!" I exclaimed. "You became unbearable the minute you became a Sith...Why did you do it? You were an excellent Jedi Master."

"The Jedi were holding me back...I was given a better offer, one where I could have everything." Dooku replied.

"Everything? You mean power?" I scoffed.

"You do not understand...I loved your grandmother, Sincra very much. She meant the world to me. And when Sincra had our daughter, Veda, I was overjoyed. I loved them both dearly..." Dooku explained. "The Jedi Order forbids attachments..."

"I was planning on leaving the Jedi Order, but your grandmother left me, saying it was the best if we parted. It wasn't long until she married the noble Prikri Kryze of Mandalore, having children with him." Dooku continued as his anger rose. "I was devastated and angry...when I came across the one who would guide me to the dark side, I was given a task to kill Prikri, and I happily complied."
