You're Mine. Namjin

Jin's POV

"Guys I want you to meet my friend, Jackson." Namjoon stated as he introduced me and Mark to a boy with blonde hair. "He recently moved to Seoul and he shares all his classes with Mark." Namjoon told with an eager smile.

"Wait. I only have maths and biology with you, how do you know which other classes I have?" Mark asked with suspicion. But Namjoon only glared at Mark before saying, "because Jin has your timetable saved as his lock screen." Oh yeah I forgot about that. Namjoon and I have all the same classes and I know Hobi's, Jimin's and Taehyung's timetable off by heart but I didn't know Mark's timetable so I took a picture of it. But then, I became tired of constantly having to go through my photos to find it so I just saved it as my lock screen.

Mark and Namjoon had managed to create quite a tense atmosphere, I don't know how but these two just couldn't get along with each other. I felt bad for Jackson because he was just stood at the side awkwardly, waiting for Namjoon to introduce us to him, whilst Namjoon and Mark glared at each other, so I took it upon myself to introduce us.

"Hello Jackson, Welcome to our school. Its lovely to meet you. I'm Jin and this is Mark!" I had to elbow Mark to pull him out of his glaring competition. He quickly bowed and said hello. "We're just going to the library now to finish off some work before class starts if thats okay with you. We'll give you a tour around school after lunch okay." I suggested, to which he seemed pretty chill, and we all started walking to the library.

When we got to the library, I was about to sit in my normal seat besides Mark, but before I could sit down, Jackson slid into my seat. Mark and I just looked at each other and Jackson seemed to realise, because he started getting up, "I'm Sorry Jin I had no idea that this was your seat." Jackson apologised. I shook my head with a chuckle and reassured him, "Its okay, I'll just sit with Namjoon."

I got my bag and sat down on the chair besides Namjoon. Speaking of Namjoon, he seemed a lot happier today. His mood was getting worse for the past few weeks, so I was happy that he's back to normal. I guess having an extra friend around is helpful.

After he let Jungkook move in with him he's been trying really hard to avoid to him. He's even slept over at mine a few times because he didn't wanna go home. I know he won't say it out loud, but Jungkook has had a huge impact on him, and right now, I don't think that its positive. He even admitted in front of me that Jungkook made him feel really uncomfortable, but he wouldn't explain why because he claimed that I won't understand since Jungkook acts differently towards me.

I understood that Jungkook acted differently towards Namjoon. I'd seen it myself. He would stare at him for long periods of time without saying anything until Namjoon felt too uncomfortable to stay in the same room as him.

When I talked to Jungkook about it, he said it was because he promised Namjoon that he wouldn't interfere or obstruct in his life ever. I feel so bad for Jungkook, because I know he wants to have a proper brotherly relationship with Namjoon, but he was too scared to approach him. And Namjoon has the social skills of a crocodile.

Those two just need to sit down and talk to each other. Namjoon was so immensely jealous of Jungkook because he thought that Jungkook was the child his mother chose to be with, when Jungkook himself told me that it was not true. His mother loved Namjoon a lot, up to the point of insanity.

She had developed postnatal depression after Jungkook was born, and because of that Jungkook never got to form a bond with his mother. His entire life he'd seen his mother yearn for her other child and neglect, no detest him.

If Namjoon found out about all the pain that little boy held in his heart, everything would be different for those two. Sometimes I feel like going ahead and telling Namjoon myself but its not my place to tell.

"Jin, what did you get for question 7?" Mark asked, bringing  me out of my thoughts.
"Huh? Question 7? No I'm on question 5, sorry." I told. Mark groaned and looked at his book in disgust.
"I can't do this question no matter how much I try."
"I can help you, I've done it." Jackson offered to help Mark, to which Mark's head immediately shot up with a bright smile. Its good to see that these two are getting along well.

After today I've come to the conclusion that I really like Jackson so far. He seems like a nice kid. Who knew that Namjoon would have some decent friends.

What really shocked me was that Taehyung and Jimin seemed to like Jackson a lot as well. I thought they would be really salty about Jackson joining our group because he's Namjoon's friend but I was wrong.

But whats really irritating me right now is that Namjoon has disappeared somewhere. We were all supposed to go over to my house after school apart from Mark, because he had to go to work, and Namjoon is no where to be seen. I sighed as I looked at the time. "You guys go ahead, I'll find Namjoon and Jackson and then we'll come home." Taehyung protested a little, saying how Namjoon is not a king and we don't have to wait for his Majesty, but he went with everyone else anyways. I then started my hunt for Namjoon.

After looking for him for about 10 minutes I was gonna just give up and go home. This boy is so useless, he's not even answering his phone. Just as I was about to head back I head a sound coming from behind the locker. I swear the hallway was empty...

I walked to the lockers careful not to be seen. It was obvious that who ever was behind there did not want anyone to know. I was gonna peek over and look, but I heard a voice I knew all too well.

"Listen Jackson, I so fucking serious about this. Do not forget who your target is or I will kill you." I listened in confusion. Why is Namjoon threatening Jackson? I thought they were friends.
"Chill dude I won't. But you also don't forget about your end of the deal. I'm sure it wouldn't be good if your little love found out about this." little love? Who is Namjoon's little love?Before I could think any further, I heard Namjoon growl in anger.

"If you even think about that Jackson I will-"
"I won't, as long as you do your job I'll do mine."

I decided to not eavesdrop anymore. Although I was extremely curious I will never break Namjoon's trust like this. Whatever he does in his life is his own decision. Its his choice to tell who he wants, what he wants. I'm going to be mature about this and ignore the pain in my chest.

"Namjoon, Jackson seriously. I've been looking everywhere for you lets go everyone else has already gone." Namjoon jumped in shock and turned around quickly.
"J-Jin? Uh, When did you get here?" Namjoon asked hesitantly.
"Just now, why?" I asked hoping he would tell me, but instead he let out a sigh of relief.
"Nothing lets go. Jackson should probably go home, he needs to help his mom unpack. See you tomorrow Jackson." Namjoon quickly said and started walking before I could say anything, so I just waved at Jackson and started following him behind, but I couldn't help the uneasy feeling that I now had about Jackson and Namjoon.

Something is not right. I just know it.
