After losing almost everything, Jin still managed to appreciate the small things in life and find happiness, perhaps because he still had the one thing that really mattered- his family.

I started to get scared as I scanned the room around me. It was absolutely beautiful but we weren't in Namjoon's house. At first I thought that it was just another room that Namjoon had brought me to. His house has so many rooms and I've only seen his. But then I realised this wasn't Namjoon's house when I looked out from the window. There were no houses surrounding this one, and I could see lots of large trees, and Namjoon's house is no where near trees. I shifted uncomfortably as I glanced around the beautiful room I was in. It looked particularly decorated.

"Namjoon, you haven't answered my question." I repeated a bit louder and I swear I saw him flinch slightly before he took a deep breath. "We are at my house Jinnie, just not the one I live in. This house is mine too. It's just that I always come here alone so I thought I'd bring you here with me. This place helps me think better, I like it here, just sometimes it's a bit too lonely." He explained and I calmed down a bit.
"You could have told me you know." I glared at him. "If I did you wouldn't agree to come here with me." He nervously scratched the back of his neck and I narrowed my eyes at him. "Why would I not?" I asked, getting nervous again. Is he gonna sell me off to someone, or kill me and bury me in a pit? "Umm because it's a little far from where you live." He replied. Is he joking with me? "Namjoon, I live in the worst part of the city, your house is a little far from where I live. Your house is an hour away from mine. So please me a bit more specific. How long did it take for us to get here?"
"A little bit over 4 hours"
"What time is it?"
"It's almost 8"
"Okay so, I can't reach home before twelve even if we leave right now, WHICH WE ARE. WHO TOLD YOU YOU COULD DO THIS? MY BROTHERS ARE GOING TO BE WORRIED SICK FOR ME, AND I HAVE WORK TOMORROW!" I finished completely outraged. How dare he! I have responsibilities, I have a family I need to provide for. I'm not super rich like him, in fact we barely have anything, so it upsets me that he just dragged me here without my permission knowing I wouldn't agree. I took a moment to calm down, and when I wasn't so angry anymore, I looked over to Namjoon to command him to take me home this instant, but I froze when I saw his eyes brimming with tears. He looked heartbroken. Oh no Jin, what did you do?
"I'm sorry Jin, I just wanted to take tonight to try to make up to you for all my past mistakes. But look at me, I just ended up adding to them, I can't do anything right. I had prepared this night for us to officially get past all the bad memories I had created, and start on a positive note, but I just got you more angry right. I'm sorry Jin. I brought you here because this is where I used to come as a child, when I still had a family, I thought we'd start here with you as an addition to my family, and an addition to the memories I have here, but I just ruined it. I'm so sorry. I had asked Mrs Lee for the weekend off for you Jin, so that we could spend it together, but I was being so selfish. Of course you have a life you need to focus on, and here I am trying to forcibly squeeze myself into it. It's good enough you don't barf every time you see me, but I just had to be ungrateful, right? I'm so stupid. Come on, let me take you home, if I take the short cut I can get you home in three hours. You'll have enough time to sleep before your shift tomorrow. Let's go." He ended, his tears now running down his cheeks.
