Neighbors 24.

SAM'S POV.

"Anyways we should go try to find a phone, I really just want to-" 

"Shh." He placed his hand over my FACE not just my mouth and looked around as if he was trying to find something. I pushed the hand out of my face and raised an eyebrow at him. He just kept looking around.

"Jai?" I poked his shoulder but he didn't look at me.

"Shhh." 

"Jai?" I poked again.

"Jai, Jai, Jai, Jai, Jai, Jai, Jai-" 

"OVER THERE!" He screamed and pointed at the beach. I jumped back a little bit in shock but then turned to see what Jai was looking at. It was a group of people sitting around a fire, singing and laughing.

"What?" I wasn't really sure why he was so exited to see people having a good time.

"Lets go join them." He grinned cheekily at me and started walking towards the group.

"Jai, are you serious? We can't just walk up to them and expect them to be all friendly and-" 

"Hey guys, wanna join us?" The guy who was holding the guitar asked. I was not expecting that.

"Sure." Jai smiled and sat down on the sand. I sat down to and he smirked at me. I just rolled my eyes and laughed.

"So I haven't seen you here before? Where are you from?" He asked us and smiled. He looked really friendly, so did all the other people.

"We're from Melbourne, we're on a little trip with our friends." I answered and they all nodded in response then looked around.

"I don't see any other people?" He said and raised his eyebrow at us. I looked at Jai and he just laughed a little and turned back to the guy.

"We sorta splashed some water at them when they were trying to get a tan then they left us here as a joke but now we can't find them." Jai said a little embarrassed and laughed. They all started cracking up and we just joined them and laughed for a good couple of minutes.

"Hey how about a song ey?" He asked and took up his guitar again. Everybody started cheering and another guy came and sat beside him.

"I'm Eddy by the way." He smiled.

"I'm Sam and this is Jai." I said and Jai smiled. Then he started playing the guitar and I instantly knew the song. It has bin one of my favorite songs since the summer started, well and Jai's too. We both looked at each other and smirked. Everyone started clapping and dancing in their spot.

"My heart is sinking as I'm lifting up above the clouds away from you.

And I can't believe i'm leaving,

Even though it was one of my favorite songs I only knew some parts of it.

I looked and Jai and grinned then we sang as loud as we could with everybody else the next part..
