Laynes POV:
*small smut*

Jerry opened the door up for me, and we stepped inside.

"Gay huh?" Jerry shot at me, as he took our jackets, and threw them on the couch.

"Uh.. y-yea." I said, my cheeks becoming warm.

"How come I never knew that about you?" He asked me, as he cracked open another beer.

I shrugged my shoulders, then said, "I dont know. Never really knew how to do it." I went and sat by him, "Bisexual though? Never knew it about you either."

"Yea.. I've liked girls and boys for a while I guess." He said, taking a drink of his beer.

"Ever dated a guy?" I asked him, with a sly smile.

"No, you?"

"Nuh uh. I've talked to like.. two, but never dated one."

"Ah."

"Mhm."

"Why do you like boys?" He asked me.

What am I supposed to say? I thought. He nearly made me fucking choke on air with that question.

"I-I dont know." My face got so hot, I thought itd melt off. "I-I guess I find them more.. a-attractive. And uh.. boys know what boys want." I confessed.

"So, you like boys that know what they want?" He asked.

"I-i guess so.." i felt so embarrassed and anxious. He made me feel so anxious- kinda in a good way.

"Do you like any boys?" He asked me.

If he keeps asking questions like this.. I might die. I thought to myself.

"Uhm-" I began. I..wanted to tell him that.. that I liked..him. But I couldnt. "Yea. I guess I do. Do uh- do you like anyone?"

"I do like someone- a boy actually." He confessed, taking another drink of his beer.

That's one thing I never understood about Jerry. He could be straight forward with anyone, about anything, and say it without hesitation. I swear to god.. he never got embarrassed.

"oh."

Jerry took another drink of his beer, then looked over at me with a bright smile.

"What?" I asked him, confused at why he was looking at me like that.

"You're really pretty Layne." He told me.

My face got all hot again. I tried to hide it, but it didnt work.

"Why're you blushing Layne?" He asked me.

"C-cause.." I mumbled.

"You get compliments all the time Layne. What's so special about mine?"

"Well, I-I usually only get compliments from girls. They dont..you know.."

"Mean as much." Jerry said, finishing my sentence.

"Mhm."

Jerry set his beer down on the table by the couch, then leaned in close to my ear. "Well I think your beautiful Layne."

My heart started to race. It was always hard for me to believe compliments..but, Jerry's seemed more believable to me.

"Were both drunk Jerry, you dont mean that." I told him, as I stared straight ahead of me, not turning to Jerry.
