Scarlet Price: The Forgotten

Chapter 23

Scarlet POV*

As always, my mate left me satisfied in more ways than one having spent the night together against and waking up to, his natural dragon warmth.  Not only did I relish in my mates love but his dragon Talon also decided to take control only a few minutes later leaving us beyond relaxed, satisfied and mainly tired as the possessive dragon slept with his arms rapped around me and his head resting just above my breast.  It was one of those position's that we both was okay to sleep in with out being uncomfortable.  Feeling sun shin on my face I turned it the other way before moving a hand to Kai's head holding him before his body vibrated with a quiet growl no doubt for my movement.  It was odd for me to wake up early having my more vampire traits kick in since I have been back causing me to wake up slightly late so waking up bright early morning for my self was odd.

"Your up early mate."  Kai's voice sounded husky from sleep but it was still deep with the voice of Talon.

"Something doesn't feel right."  I told him as I felt my fangs grow.

"Do you need blood?"  Talon asked before moving as I opened my eyes to look up at him as he went to put a kiss to my neck.

"No it isn't that.  Maybe I should check on the twins."  I said yet couldn't find the will to get away from my mates lips that started to attack the sensitive skin of my neck.

"I don't feel anything wrong with the warriors so they must be fine.  Your just stressed from all the crap that keeps popping up."  He told me then not even seconds later the weird feeling I had was gone causing a sigh as my eye closed back feeling Talon's lips suck the skin at the nape of my neck causing a shiver and small moan as my hands found his rather toned arms feeling them flex under my hands.

"Mmm...I guess you was right, the feeling is gone.  It was strange though."  I told him as he growled a little no doubt feeling my nails touch his skin.  It didn't seem like something he hated though in fact last night I felt like he encouraged it when he guided my hands over his chest.

"I told you."  Talon's movement's was never rushed but also not always gentle as he squeezed one of my bear breast in his hands softly before I could feel him shift completely above me as his mid section brushed against my heat before he continued to push his way inside causing a moan as I arched my body into his.  He was sending pleasure to more than one area as he bit down where he was sucking at no doubt marking me again but in a different place than the original.

"Talon." I could hardly contain my own self as he bit harder causing another moan of both pleasure and pain as his mid section begun pushing hard against me before pulling back as his pace quickened and I could feel his clawed hands grip my hips and arse as he released my neck from his hold as I moaned again cursing under my breath as I looked up at him before taking his lips that only got cut on my fangs causing a growl before he soon took over the sweet kiss.  Talon and Kai had slightly different personality parts but other wise was still the same man or dragon rather, that made me feel more than loved as he pushed into me harshly  releasing not long after I bit into his shoulder.  He growled again only making me more convinced that all he does is growl.  As Talon once again laid with his arms rapped around me I glanced at him as I leaned on my elbows looking down at him as he watched me with a curious look in his eyes laying on his back.

"Talon do you growl at everything?"  I asked him and he only chuckled moving his right hand to my shoulder pulling me down to him where he put a kiss to my forehead.

"My growled can mean many thing's Scarlet.  The only thing you have to worry about is a snarl."  He told me before we both tensed.

"Talon?"  He nodded to my silent question sitting up and removing the cover's.
